I don't count a random toilet in the laundry room with no toilet paper and no sink as a half bathroom.Communication with hosts were excessive and borderline rude in some situations. They have notes and signs posted all over the house which are excessive, sometimes rude, and a little ridiculous. I've had other VRBOs...

“The place was nice and clean. My kids enjoyed the snacks and being able to still watch thier shows on tv. We enjoyed the quite neighborhood and the relaxing backyard with the covered patio. We all agreed this will be our go to place to stay when we come back to visit next year for Mardi Gra ”
