“The staff were exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble. They were extremely welcoming and courteous, with the evening receptionist even getting me a double room when I wasn’t able to pick that room online. Comfortable room and decent shower. There was plenty of choice at breakfast and the staff were constantly cleaning and clearing tables. Couldn’t have picked a better hotel to stay for the night-thank you!”

“The hotel was lovely! The staff were nice and accommodating. The bed was fantastic. The only thing that annoyed me was having to pay £20 parking when there were plenty of spaces out the back. I was one of three cars parked all night and the car park itself could hold about 20 cars. Other than that.. cracking hotel! ”

“L'albergo è nuovo e moderno. Le stanze sono impeccabili in quanto a pulizia. Il ristorante interno è di buona qualita. Il parcheggio gratuito è molto comodo, ance se scoperto. Il personale, giovane e disponibile, è molto cordiale. La stanza assegnata era un po' piccola (siamo in 4), ma a parte questo l'esperienza è stata del tutto positiva!”

“We went there with some friends for an afternoon tea which was fantastic, the food was lovely. We stayed overnight and our room was very spacious clean and tidy. The only thing I would say was the spa area was terrible, the changing rooms were not very nice, the changing room doors were broken, the lockers were in a terrible state and the windows around the pool had lots of leaks, moldy and not fitted properly. But otherwise all good. ”
