“We enjoyed our stay in this property enormously, for the full freedom we achieved and especially for the very convenient position of the house (literally just around the corner there is a 24h/day drugstore for last minute purchases). Santa Monica/Venice/Manhattan Beach are just some minutes away by car. The property is exactly as described if not better. (we are a family of three)”

“Super beautiful property at the top of Laurel Canyon. Wonderful host in a perfectly sized apartment in the back of a home. I am consistently in the Los Angeles area and this central location is perfect for my needs. I believe the host, Stephen, is very intuitive in the needs of his guests. I did worry that my ins and outs being at early morning and late night, at times may have been inconvenient to my host but am grateful for the stay.”

“Second time staying here. The beds have been replaced, which is fantastic. Kitchen is perfectly stocked. Will return in my next extended trip to SoCal ”

“This property exceeded our expectations and desires for a luxurious stay away from home in Cali... perfectly located minutes away from LAX and other points of interest. The property was beautifully furnished & extremely clean. Garage and street parking were a plus and we enjoyed several awesome restaurants in close proximity. I would most definitely stay here again and highly recommend!”

“We had a wonderful stay. The place is spacious and clean, making for a very comfortable stay for our large group. The only issue we encountered was with the upstairs bathroom toilet, which occasionally got stuck or wouldn’t flush properly. Despite this inconvenience, the overall atmosphere and communication with the host were excellent. I would recommend this place for anyone looking for a stay in LA!”

“Easy check in. Cool little pad with off street parking. Communication was easy and constant with the manager. Comfy beds, the rooms are well lit and the front porch had a surprise partial view of the Hollywood sign. very close to good eats and shopping. We will be back for sure. ”

“The house was just as described. Clean and well very stocked. The home is located in a nice, quiet residential neighborhood. Parking was a little difficult at times since units on street parking, so we didn’t always get to park close to the house, but overall always found somewhere to park. Check in/checkout was such an easy process. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend this owner and property with 5 stars.”

“When we arrived the key was not in lockbox - the door was unlocked- key on counter- no toilet paper in the front bathroom- the downstairs bed not made DIRTY - hair all over it- no detergent- half drank juice in fridge- filthy, roach in the drawer in kitchen, smoke detector covered with red plastic, floors filthy- trash overflowing! The garage was supposed to be available for us- was locked. Medicine left in cabinets- absolutely no cooking utensils.when we went to bed, we pulled back the sheets...

“This property was spacious and clean. The back yard and children's room ensured the 4 year old was able to be entertained. Quiet neighborhood close to plenty food and tourist locations nearby. This was just what we needed ”

“Beautiful house with great balcony views! (The stars, city lights, and fun architecture of surrounding houses). Kitchen was beautiful! Close to the beach, and easy access to the places we needed to travel to. A couple small quirks, like the bathroom drawer coming open regularly & the motion lights outside, but overall an amazing place to stay! Don't let those quirks stop you! Super easy check in, and the host was extremely helpful with local recommendations and quick resposes to our questions!...

“This was a great stay. Immaculately clean. When out on the deck it feels like you are in tree house overlooking Silver Lake and the lights at night are magical. Walking around the neighborhood I was able to see some architecturally interesting homes. Would happily come back!! ”

“Beautiful place - really enjoyed the property.”

“My friends and I had an amazing stay at this Hollywood townhouse! The place was clean, modern, and well-equipped with everything we needed. Comfy beds, fast WiFi, a fully stocked kitchen, and free parking made it super convenient. The location was prime and close to everything we had planned for the week, and a bonus was being able to see the Hollywood sign from the balcony. No complaints at all—we would definitely stay here again!”

“it was requested a no smoking room but even if there were the indication for no smoking, the room was smelling so bad like if someone has smoked for long time inside. it's a big pity as the suite is fine, but this smell for the whole time was too strong. personnel kind but not supportive to solve your issues. for the rest, everything at high level.”

“Fantastic location and great accommodation. Big bedroom with a nice kitchen and leaving room space. Ocean front, with a parking lot next to the Hotel and a back entrance that definitely helps to download luggage. Recommend!”

"Camera molto bella e spaziosa, senza moquette. Gli unici due elementi sfavorevoli sono gli asciugamani sporchi e pochi, il tel per chiamare la reception non funzionava e la colazione piuttosto scarsa per quanto abbiamo pagato la camera (140€ per notte)."

"Tutto ok, magari bisogna raccomandare a tutti gli ospiti che condividono una camera di fare meno rumore per quanto sia possibile sopratutto se si rientra molto tardi e di parlare con gli altri coinquilini fuori della stanza a maggior ragione se si è a notte fonda, per il resto abbastanza bene."

"Complimenti a tutto il personale dell'albergo, davvero tutto. Ma una particolare menzione è per la Receptionist "Mercedes", che mi ha assistito in maniera egregia in un momento particolarmente difficile. Mi ha fatto sentire a casa e nonostante le avessi offerto un compenso di un oggetto di sola importanza affettiva, nonostante lei mi avesse fatto risparmiare 15 volte tanto...e lei ha declinato. Credo che sarà la cosa più bella che mi porterò nel cuore in questa vacanza dall'Italia a Los Angeles nel giugno del 2024. GRAZIE"
