“We enjoyed our stay here and was pleasantly surprised with how accommodating our host was. We were nervous after reading some reviews complaining about how the host was unhelpful or the property was lacking but our accommodation had everything we needed and was nice and warm. “Classic modern Japanese Inn with shared bathrooms and onsen, tatami rooms with Japanese bedding. No mens room on the 2nd floor. No staff, check-in and out automated. Basic facilities but all working order. Clean and Good location for exploring Yuzawa area, if you are comfortable with Japanese style travel.”
