“The property was great and communication was good. The main problem is having to give a deposit prior to arriving. Given the options, it’s basically impossible for a US citizen that doesn’t have a UK bank account or credit card. The only way we could do it was to get someone we knew in the UK to pay it. “We had problems reaching the property contact regarding key collection... tried emailing, phone calls and text messages, thankfully at 1:30pm while on route we received a WhatsApp message with our arrival details from business number. "Viaggio di piacere. Posizione ottima di fronte ad Hyde Park Hotel rinnovato e moderno. 2 fermate metro a 400mt . Zona con locali e ristoranti Personale gentile e disponibile. Stanza e bagno puliti e nuovi. Nespresso in camera. L'unica cosa che migliorerei è la colazione. "

"Hotel in posizione strategica per chi volesse visitare Londra e i suoi principali punti di interesse. Vicina alla stazione di Waterloo per la direttrice nord sud ed alle linee circular e district per quelle della direttrice est ovest. Molto confortevole l'alloggio. Camere spaziose e dotate dei principali comfort. Visuale splendida sul ponte di Westminster, Big Ben e House of Parliament. Di contro alcune cose. La colazione è discreta ma non di più. Sarebbe meglio dotare di maggior varietà il buffet al mattino con proposte di frutta, torte e brioches varie. Non eccessivamente solerte la pulizia della polvere nelle camere. Se si sistemassero questi aspetti l'hotel sarebbe perfetto. Mi sento comunque di consigliarlo pienamente."
