Modern Home Perfect for Vacations in Sparks / Reno

Whether visiting The Biggest Little City in the World, vacationing at Lake Tahoe or in town for one of the many conventions we would love to host your stay. Our home is perfectly located to allow access to all that Reno has to offer without having to be directly in the middle of it. Our proximity to I-80 places us 10 minutes from downtown Reno. The Sparks Marina, The Outlets at Legends and Wild Island Family Adventure Park are practically right next door. See you soon and safe travels!

Our modern centric home is in a quiet family-oriented neighborhood. The best thing about our home is its location. We are surrounded by almost everything you can think of restaurants, shopping centers, golfing, parks and of course casinos. We offer all the amenities without the hassle. We invite you to come see for yourself.

Guest will have access to the entire house with exception of a closet or space which is used to store extra house inventory. Please do not use the fireplace.

We can be reached at any time via phone, text, or through the booking platform. We want you to have a great stay so if there is anything, we can do to help you accomplish that do not hesitate to ask. We will provide you will all our contact information prior to your arrival at our home. Thank you for allowing us to host your stay in Sparks.

One of our favorite locations is the Sparks Marina. The Marina offers walking trails, sandy beaches and includes areas for windsurfing and sailing to swimming and scuba diving to fishing and boating.

Being that we are in the suburban part of Reno a car is almost a must, but Uber, Lyft or a taxi are all viable options.

We charge an additional guest fee of $20 a person per night after 4 guests. This fee is calculated on the booking app and usually is shown as additional guest fee on the breakdown.

NO UNAUTHORIZED GUEST ALLOWED. A $200 fee will be assessed for EACH unauthorized guest.

We do ask that you remove your shoes while inside our home. We won't judge if you choose to bring your bunny house slippers. Your secrets safe with us and we appreciate you treating our home the same as you do your own.
We have implemented these few rules in order to protect our home and business. We ask that you read them carefully and keep in mind that you if have no intention of breaking any of them they actually won’t apply to you.

No Shoes in the house.

No Pets under any circumstances. Reservation will be canceled immediately.

No smoking or vaping inside the house! Smoking outside in the backyard or front porch is acceptable.

Zero tolerance for drugs or illegal activities of any kind. Reservation will be canceled immediately!

Quite hours are 10 PM – 8 AM. Please do not disturb our neighbors!

ABSOLUTLEY NO parties allowed! Reservation will be canceled immediately.

We do not offer late checkouts.

No additional guests can stay at property other than the amount listed on the reservation. Please make sure your guests count is accurate.

Sparks house
Great location! 5 minutes from family we were visiting. Supper cute house with more than enough amenities for our stay. Host was amazing with communication! Would definitely recommend and stay for our next visit.

So disappointing, did not stay!
When arriving at the property it was not ready. The cleaner (1 person) was still onsite cleaning the property. We requested to leave our luggage and use the restroom as we had been traveling all day. We were afforded the opportunity however it was a shock to see the condition (I wish I could upload photos) of the property. The gentlemen cleaning said he needed another 1/2 hour but there was no way. One more thing, the photos of furnishings on the site, do not match the photos of the furniture in the home (again, I wish I could upload pictures). We were back and forth on the phone with the property manager and VRBO until after 6 p.m. and check-in was at 3 p.m. Ultimately, we were relocated and had to find other accommodations for stay. It ruined our weekend as we ended up with two hotel rooms and were not together as planned. Also, he scheduled event we were to attend that began at 6 p.m. was missed as we were homeless and could not shower and change into our clothes. This is the first experience of this kind that I've ever had with VRBO, and I must say I had to be very assertive and intentional to get reaccommodated.

We were in town for my daughters wedding so we did not spend a whole lot of time at the house. It was in an older neighborhood but the home was updated and nice. The shower water pressure was great. My only complaint is that the owner requested that we not wear shoes in the house and there was a fine of $50 or $100 (I cant remember which one) if caught wearing shoes?? The problem was that there were multiple pieces of flooring that were messed up (maybe installed incorrectly??) and were tripping hazards. Also, it would have been nice to have a table to sit at to eat/play games/etc. Only a bar in the kitchen.

Home was clean and conveniently located near grocery stores, areas with extra curricular activities, and sports fields. Great place to stay for the National Reno / Tahoe Baseball Tournament.

Great location
The home was very convenient to house my family which were here to help me clean out storage units. We really didn’t spend much time at the house but to clean up after a days work & sleep. There was plenty of room & the home was very comfortable. Great location for restaurants & activities nearby for all ages of a family. Host is very accessible for any needs should you have them.

So Great!!
So clean, so cute, and the location was perfect! We had 8 guests at the home (6 in beds, 1 on the couch, 1 on an air mattress) and were not crowded at all. Access to the garage was a huge plus as parking was a little tight with the extra vehicles. I always had a very quick response back from the owner. Definitely one of the better rentals that I’ve stayed in!

Worked for us
Came to fish pyramid but our normal place was not avail so we booked here. Responsive owner with very quick replies to questions. Lots of rules and fees assessed for breaking them. Wasn't an issue since we were there only to sleep but could be a turn off. Not much seating space. Dinner is it at the counter as there is no table and just one small couch in the living room. Flooring needs some help.. not sure if it qas water damaged or installed wrong but large gaps between planks and areas are bowed. Over all it was workable for us and the owners were very helpful

Good place to stay
The place is nice, beds are comfortable, kitchen is well stocked. Hosts were responsive. Note that there is no dining table, there’s a couple of bar tables for seating but if you want to eat on a table you can’t. The hot water in the shower is tricky, other reviewers have suggestions that worked. There’s a nice patio if you come when the weather is nice.

Overall pleased with this property, it served it's purpose for what we needed during a weeklong business trip. Living room TV was a little finicky, but not a deal breaker for us. Comfortable house. Neighborhood was decent.

My family and I stayed here for a baseball tournament. The house was clean and spacious. Quiet location near restaurants. This house had the amenities to make you feel at home.
