Hotel a Ridge Spring

“Great staff, clean rooms, nice breakfast. Down side is the maintenance of the hotel and rooms. Pool didn't have towels and bathrooms had zero ventilation. Toilets need to be replaced but for the price you can't not beat the area or amenities”

“Loved the uniqueness of property and made you feel like living in another era. Loved all the outside porches and garden area with fountain. Great for our group to relax and get together. Breakfast was excellent. Felt staff should know more about what area had to offer for visitors.”

“I liked that the floors were hard surfaces and not carpet- that made everything feel cleaner. The bed was very comfortable- but it was very high- I am 5’1” and it was difficult to get into the bed. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.”
