“The staff was amazing”

“Enjoyed my stay. The staff were great. When I arrived to my room I noticed it felt pretty warm. I checked the thermostat and it was set on cool but blowing out hot air. I immediately notified the front desk and the gentleman immediately switched me to another room without hesitation. Definitely will stay again.”

“There were no blankets on the bed. Only a sheet and a thin spread on top. I asked at the front desk for one, she looked and came back and said there were none. I ended up going into my car and using my camping blanket. The towels were thin and scratchy, something I would use to wash my car. I don't expect luxury when I stay at a hotel, but this was way subpar.”
