“The hotel overall is run down. Our 1st room had very wet carpet. The second room needed a thorough cleaning. The walls were dirty. The bath tub was dirty. Their was long hair on the bathroom floor and part of a weave in bathroom trashcan. The beds were comfortable. It was a suite and the couch and chair were extremely dirty.”

“The staff was accommodating and worked to get me a ground-floor room. I made a mistake when booking the room and accidentally selected a smoking room. There was only one non-smoking room left on the ground floor, and it was an upgrade. The staff worked with me on the price so that I could get that room. The room and property were clean. There was ample parking. Only a short drive to downtown Aiken with its shops and restaurants.”
