Questa Ultimate Casa si trova nell'esclusiva comunità sulla spiaggia di Sea Beach Colony, nella splendida Rincon, a Puerto Rico, famosa per il surf, le immersioni e i tramonti spettacolari, è stata completamente ristrutturata e rinnovata secondo gli standard americani,

Casa Canal, è una villa privata in stile spagnolo, situata su un meraviglioso lotto doppio di 1400 metri di oceano / canale, affacciato su una delle spiagge più incontaminate di Rincon.

Una volta entrati attraverso il cancello elettronico e le pareti di 10 piedi, sperimenterai una vista mozzafiato sull'oceano e sul canale, passando dal cortile centrale e dalla piscina con una fontana che scorre e ti troverai all'interno di un'oasi paesaggistica tropicale, sull'oceano, con solo il suono del vento e delle onde per lenire la tua anima inquieta.

Casa Canal offre lussuose sistemazioni con viste sull'oceano uniche. Questa 3-4 camere da letto, 4 bagni, Ultimate Casa, si trova sul canale con accesso alla spiaggia privata alla più bella spiaggia balneare che Rincon ha da offrire, dispone di un bar a bordo piscina con (2) TV a schermo piatto, (2 ) servizi igienici esterni, (4) docce esterne calde e fredde, alimentazione di riserva e riserve d'acqua, ci sono troppi servizi da elencare !!!!.

Questa proprietà è una spaziosa villa di 2.600 piedi quadrati che può ospitare fino a 10 persone in 2 re, 1 regina, 2 letti a castello gemelli e 1 divano letto matrimoniale e caratteristiche, finestre panoramiche con vista sull'oceano nella zona giorno, una cucina gourmet completamente attrezzata w / ripiani in granito ed elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, (4) TV a schermo piatto con tutti i canali cinematografici e DVR, una camera da letto principale accessibile per disabili al piano di sotto con caratteristiche personalizzate, 2 camere da letto al piano superiore con (3) balconi mozzafiato con vista sull'oceano, pavimenti e porte in legno su misura , una splendida vista sull'oceano che funge anche da quarta camera da letto, tutte le camere sono dotate di aria condizionata e ci sono ventilatori in tutta la casa.

Situato in posizione strategica vicino alla città di Rincon, a pochi passi da (3) hotel principali, molti condomini e pensioni locali, numerosi ristoranti e negozi.

Fantastic!
We loved our stay at Casa Canal. the house was well appointed, pool was amazing, beach was exceptional and close to downtown Rincon. Stu, the property manager, was attentive and great to communicate with although we had nothing that needed his assistance! Going back next year. Was our best Puerto Rico trip so far!

A slice of heaven
A place that lived up to the pictures! The backyard was amazing. A great pool with a swim up bar, a beautiful fountain, plenty of space to relax and hang out with the iguanas. It was a very short walk to an isolated beach. The inside was spacious, a large kitchen, big dining and living rooms. Stu was a great host. I give this place my highest recommendation.

An amazing stay in a beautiful beach villa in Rincon
Our party of 4 adults and 2 children stayed in the villa for 6 nights in October to mark my husband's 50th birthday. We started each day by walking a few steps along the canal to a very beautiful beach and swimming in the warm ocean. The beach is sandy, with no rocks and had hardly any other people on it - just the way we like it. Both the adults and the children loved the waves! We enjoyed watching the pelicans dive into the water to catch fish. Later on we spent time in the beautiful pool area; the whole backyard is lovely. For dinner we either went out or used the barbecue to cook our dinner. It was great to be able to walk along the beach to get to the town centre. There are several good restaurants a short drive away. The villa itself is very spacious and well appointed. Both the living/dining areas and the bedrooms worked great for us. Highlights: the location on the beach; swimming in the ocean and fantastic sunsets on the beach; the pool; watching wildlife - both on the beach and in the backyard; the weekly Art Walk in town centre. Overall, an amazing stay in the beautiful Rincon!

Nice accommodation
Friends and I enjoyed our week at Casa Canal. Stu the property manager was very responsive and house was tidy- two negatives- the house reeked of smoke which was very unpleasant. The pool area lacked any comfortable seating. The gate was also broken the entire week, so for 4 women in our 60s opening and closing a steel gate threw a few backs out.i guess that’s three negatives

Great location, great beach, good house
The location is perfect with quick access to the beach and a nice pool and swim up bar. Excellent views from the balcony on all sides. Overall, the house is in good shape and the owner, Stu, is very personable. A few things I wish I knew ahead of time: - You have to pay him directly through PayPal after the first payment on VRBO. - The hot water heater is really small and they expect you to not keep it on so showers are a little rough. - You can't run all the room ACs at once or it will stop working, which is tough while sleeping. - There are a lot of rules with threats of daily charges or removal if not followed. - You have to pay for cleaning midway through, even though the rules require daily sweeping and cleaning. - The master bathroom window doesn't close so it's very muggy in there.

Great location/ beach house
The house was great for 3 couples. Plenty of space and a beautiful pool. The grill needed to be replaced and there was a broken door handle, but otherwise it was perfect for our group. We enjoyed seeing all the iguanas. The beach was easily accessed.

Exploring Rincon
My family and I enjoyed our stay at the Casa Canal! It was everything we imagined. A villa enjoyed by all ages. My 9 year was very excited for the pool! Stu met us for our check in day and he walked us through everything including showing us all the rooms. Location is great and so private. Love how the beach is just walks away. It truly was a relaxing stay. Thanks again for your hospitality and will most like stay here again!! Already have friends asking for contacts of future stay!

Fantastic Family Fun at the Villa
This was a great place for our family vacation (adults all over 30). The location was easy to find and a great spot to head into town or other beaches. We did that a few times to surf or go on a catamaran. But staying at the villa was also a great time. The pool was amazing and the ocean was just a short walk away. (I will note the walk to the beach does include going down the wall and not the stairs in the picture, but still super convenient) The beach was easy to swim in most of our stay. (we had one rougher day) Management was professional and available during our stay although we did not really need anything as the place was all set. I hope to come back someday and would highly recommend to anyone in future.

Perfect place for familes in Rincon
We had a wonderful week long stay in Casa Canal. The house is really well maintained and Millie the housekeeper is a joy when she comes through. The location is excellent and definately unique for the area with an incredible yard and pool that the kids had such a great time in. Location in Rincon is excellent as well, within walking distance of restaurants, bakery, and supermarkets. Not to mention a short beach walk to a great smoothie place we took advantage of nearly every morning. Beach feels quiet and private and was perfect for swimming and playing in the waves. Our party had a surfer who found some great places within 10 minute drive with some great surfing waves as well. Stu was easy to work with and made sure we knew he was accessible if needed. We didn't need much during the trip as the place was great, but was nice to know he and Millie were accessible if needed. Definately recommend Casa Canal (and Rincon in general) as a home base if your looking at taking a trip to Puerto Rico. Outside of the rainforest, it's close enough of a drive to most things you want to do and makes for the perfect down days by the pool as well.

Beautiful Casa Canal
This house is spectacular and there is no need to really leave this beachfront home. The beach is just steps away. We were basically the only ones on the beach in this area. Felt like our own little private beautiful beach. Close to a huge supermarket, bakery, restaurants and the center of town. Stu was welcoming and always available. Kept us updated of local events and activities that were happening during our stay. We would definitely come back.

Beautiful home
Stu you have a beautiful place. You’re place is spacious, beautiful and great place to relax. You should consider replacing your cleaners they done a horrible job especially in the bathroom. We had a great stay minus your door handles not working, gates very un safe they don’t work properly and not enough lighting in the pool area. All your home needs is some TLC. Access to the beach is unsafe to walk for minors and elderly. My family and myself travel and stay all over Puerto Rico which we even have a home there. The purpose of us renting we enjoy relaxing by the beach which we were unable to do. The walk was very un safe especially if your scare of heights and have small kids. Reviews are great so we can share with readers our experience. We pay a lot of money and would of liked when we first met, for you not to make excuses for the repairs not being done. You walked in complained about the AC setting which we only had on for an one hour since we had the doors open during our entire stay. I complete understand you have had bad experiences with previous renters but we surely treated your home like ours and would of like for you to reference that when you walked in. Readers this place is beautiful and is worth renting just need some TLC .

Pleasant Stay but property could use a little maintenance
The house is in a great location and overall our stay was very nice; however the house could use some routine maintenance. At the time of our stay the gate was broken, the dryer didn't work and one of the doors did not have handles. I understand that things happen, but there shouldn't be that many items needing repair at one time. The beach was beautiful and the pool was very nice to have. Stu was very helpful and knowledgeable of the area and made sure we had everything we needed. If they could just take care of a few simple things then it would have been perfect.

CHILLAXING In Rincón
I was afraid the house was too good to be true when I first saw it on VRBO… But everything was as described. The house had all of the amenities our group of 6 adults needed to have a comfortable, relaxing week in Rincón, especially the great pool! The PRICE for what we experienced seemed very reasonable and the location is extremely convenient to the center of town and the very nice beach in front of the house. The owner and house cleaning crew were cooperative and helpful - available, but not obtrusive. It was very difficult for us to leave when our time was up, and we will definitely plan on renting Casa Canal again if we get back to Rincon!
