This spacious, fifty-five square meter, single-level condo offers comfort, charm, and convenience. Located on the ground floor, it provides easy access and is ideal for unwinding after a day of adventure. Perfect for families or groups, the condo comfortably accommodates six to eight guests, making it the perfect choice for memorable vacations.

This property does not have any windows.

Step inside to a cozy living space featuring a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable seating area with a television and sofa bed, all designed to make you feel at home. The condo includes a private bedroom with a double bed and en-suite shower, a second bedroom with a double bed, a snug “mountain nook” with bunk beds, and a full bathroom with a bathtub and separate toilet, ensuring everyone has their own space to relax.

After a day on the slopes, you can enjoy the resort’s heated indoor swimming pool, shared with other guests, or relax in the sauna for a small fee. Pool access may be adjusted based on regional health guidelines to ensure safety. The resort also offers a variety of family-friendly activities, all within easy reach.

Shops, restaurants, and sports stores are just a short walk away. Situated at eighteen hundred and fifty meters above sea level, Risoul boasts some of the best conditions in the Southern Alps, with over three hundred days of sunshine and one hundred and eighty-five kilometers of ski slopes. Whether you're a skier or just looking for fun winter activities, this resort has something for everyone, including water sports, sled dog tours, an ice rink, zip lining, snowshoe trails, and more.

Parking is available for free in the suite, and there is public paid parking a few hundred meters away.

SWIMMING POOL: The opening of aquatic areas will be conditional on authorizations from regional health agencies and may change depending on health conditions.

You will need to inform them of your expected arrival time one week in advance.

For those traveling with young children, a baby high chair and baby bed are available upon request.

Smoking and pets are not allowed in the property.

Guests also have the option to rent towels and sheets if notified at least one week in advance:
- Towel kit, which includes one bath towel and one hand towel, is available for seven euros
- Single sheet kit, which includes one single sheet, one duvet cover, and one pillowcase, is available for fifteen euros
- Double sheet kit, which includes one double sheet, one double duvet cover, and two pillowcases, is available for eighteen euros
