“The adress was wrong, so we couldn't find it. Then we called the number which was wrong. We found the right number on Google, called them and they didn't have our reservation, so there was no room. They didn't speak English, so we had to speak Ukranian. They never heard about the hotels.com platform, they only take reservations through phone. Overall disaster!”

“This is a fine little hotel on 4th floor with 10 rooms . Nice and clean. Good service and little tea-kitchen in the room comes with boiler kettle, teabags and coffee, dishes, glasses and cutlery, mineralwater in the fridge. My room had a closed balcony - very nice. “We came with a family of five and they had just the perfect family accommodations which made our stay perfect.
