“This was a perfect location right in the middleof downtown Memphis just steps from the National Civil Rights Museum, excellent food, and sites. As the description pointed out, it is a cottage, so it worked well for our family with two small children; however, it would be most ideal as a couple’s getaway. “Tim the property manager was great! The rental was cold, uncomfortable & had a leak in the kitchen pantry! Black mold on the ceiling where it was leaking & a bowl full of nasty water from the leak was right next to the plates & Bowles! Cable tv most stations not subscribed to, water heater way to small & had 5 minutes of hot water to shower. The property owners should be ashamed to rent this to anybody!!!”
