• Absolutely no parties or gatherings of any kind. Only people on the booking registration could stay in the house ($250 fee)
• No Smoking 🚭 ($250 fee for deep cleaning and odor removal treatment)
• No Locals without approval
• Quiet hours from 10pm-7am

Great stay!
Communication with the host was prompt and helpful. Very accommodating. Great location. The house was clean, spacious and stocked with essentials. The furnishings were updated and modern. The beds were very comfortable.

Very accommodating!
Owner was wonderful to work with. Very responsive! Property was clean and stocked with basic essentials. One evening. we had a snow storm and the next morning someone came to plow the driveway which was appreciated! Beds and pillows were very comfortable and home was warm in this cold weather!
