It was super clean and at first the staff were great at communicating, later we tried contacting the staff to checkout early or to ask for other amenities and were left for days without a response, so very disappointed with their “24/7 available communication,” because it didn’t seem like they were...

“Excellent, caring, friendly staff. We had our small dog with us and they all showed him a lot of love. Continental breakfast was hot and fresh. Relaxing covered outside areas where we sat and enjoyed the nice summer night. We would definitely stay here again.”

The man at the front desk staff was rude to me during check-in and as I was getting ready to leave. (Their coffee was at boiling temperature with no way to cool it down. I used a little milk to cool it down, and the man at the front desk barked at me that breakfast was over. Newsflash: In our country, coffee is always available,...

“This place needs a bit of updating - new paint, carpet, etc. The hostess in the morning was not friendly. I had gone into get 2 cups of coffee - had them in my hand and was JUST looking in the dining area to see what they would have available when the time came for them to serve. She basically shouted from behind the desk "we don't start breakfast until 7" This was in front of other customers. Her delivery should have been a bit more professional. I'd give her a rating of 1 out of 10.”

“The room was wonderful! Nice, modern, and very clean. Bed was comfy. Breakfast was good although the times were a little too early especially if you want to sleep in. No gym use during construction. Pool we didn’t use but it was pretty small. Like others have said, there’s no actual lakeview as there is a row of trees blocking any type of view of the lake so don’t bother paying extra money for that. The walking path right outside is wonderful! Would stay here again!”
