Angelo Brunetti 24 - FromHometoRome

Questo appartamento, ubicato all'ultimo piano di un palazzo con ascensore, si trova a pochi passi da una delle piazze più spettacolari di Roma, lungo una delle strade del celebre Tridente.

Gestito da FromHometoRome, l'alloggio offre una vista mozzafiato sui tetti e le cupole del centro storico da una doppia terrazza, dove è anche possibile cenare all'aperto. L'interno è luminosissimo grazie alle grandi finestre che lasciano entrare il sole, ma è completamente climatizzato. Pareti bianche e pavimenti in terracotta si sposano alla perfezione creando un ambiente armonioso ed elegante.

A Paradiso Penthouse si accede, una volta usciti dall'ascensore, dopo una rampa di scale con una decina di gradini. Questa casa vacanze, disposta su due livelli, ha anche due scale interne che conducono una al locale lavanderia e l'altra a una camera con bagno privato e due letti singoli - che possono essere trasformati in matrimoniale ove necessario.

La caratteristica di Paradiso Penthouse, oltre ai due terrazzi, è il salone doppio, arricchito da una fornita biblioteca. La camera padronale ha un proprio accesso a bagno e cabina armadio, mentre la cucina, piccola ma attrezzata, può contare su un terzo bagno di servizio.

Situato all'ingresso dello shopping district di Roma, Paradiso Penthouse è una base ideale per esplorare anche Villa Borghese, o quartieri alla moda come Ponte Milvio. E in più, alcuni dei principali capolavori dell'arte e dell'archeologia italiana sono a poca distanza dal portone!

Il grande terrazzo è condominiale ed è condiviso con i condomini che hanno un accesso separato.

Standard check-in: 15-21. Il check-in dopo le 21 è possibile organizzarlo ad un costo aggiuntivo di € 50 da pagare all'arrivo in contanti.

First time to Rome
This was our first trip to Rome and we had an amazing time. Luigi meet us at the property and made check-in very easy and also gave us a few recommendations to eat at. Would definitly stay here again for its amazing views of the city and perfect location.

Everything about this property was magnificent! The location was perfect, with the metro and taxi stations near by, but close enough to walk to major attractions. The views from the 2 balconies were stunning. Honestly, the best rental we’ve ever stayed in!!

Excellent property!
This rental is a 5 out of 5. Both the rental unit and the hosts were excellent. The apartment has two large balconies with fabulous views of the city. You can see the Villa Borghese, which is beautifully lit at night. From a second balcony, you can see the Pantheon, and the dome of Peter's Basilica The apartment is immaculate and has comfortable furnishings throughout. The hosts were very responsive to all of our questions. The hosts arranged transportation to and from the airport which was a great help to us.

Amazing location and views!
Our family of four had an incredible stay in Rome. We loved sitting on the terraces in the evenings. The AC was great allowing us to sleep well at night. The kitchen met our needs but really only allows for minimal cooking. There is a washing machine but be aware that it is only accessible by a ladder. The primary bedroom and bathroom were awesome. The upstairs bedroom was good but associated bathroom had noxious smell so we kept that door closed at all times. we were fine not using it as we all used the These are just wish list for your incredible apartment! We loved our trip and loved your place. We will definitely recommend your place to our friends. bedroom shower. Elevator was really nice to use with all of our luggage. Again, I can’t emphasize what a great time we had using this apartment and the proximity to so many sites.

A Great Location!
My family and I stayed in late July for a few days. The property was fairly easy to get and was near a small (but nice) mini-market for groceries. The apartment was quiet and the beds were very comfortable. The apartment had everything we needed, including a private terrace overlooking the Piazza de Popolo. Since the apartment was only minutes away from the Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, and the Pantheon, we were able to get there early and beat the crowds. Our check-in process was smooth as our host met us at the apartment to show us around. Overall, this was a great place to stay!

Rome getaway
Emanuel set-up transportation for us from the train station to his property. Once we arrived, he greeted us at the door and thoroughly showed us around, giving us several suggestions for favorite places to eat and how to get around the city efficiently. The property was in an ideal location with upscale shopping and nearby attractions. Our family of 4 slept comfortably and having access to a washing machine was helpful. We loved our stay in Rome!

Loved our stay in this unique property!
Incredible hospitality from the host of this property!! The check-in process was top-notch, Tomaso met us at the property to make sure we had a great stay. Sara and others at the host group were also very easy to reach and always responded quickly to all of our questions and needs - both prior to and during our stay. The rooftop views are spectacular! It was 150 stairs up to the unit which was some work but we didnt mind as it helped to work off all the gelato and croissants we ate. There is also a small elevator that some of our family used - its fine as long as you are not claustrophobic. We loved being right at Piazza del Popelo and being able to see the edge of the Borghese Gardens -- thats a great walk to see a birds-eye view of Rome. Many other popular sights were a short 10-minute walk. Overall, we had a fantastic stay at this property. Thank you!

Great Location in Rome
The apartment itself was comfortable and clean. It was on the top floor of a six story building, but had an elevator going up to the fifth floor. The apartment had two terraces with great views of the Rome skyline, including the domes of the Piazza del Popolo, St. Peter’s Basilica, and the towers of the Spanish Steps. The apartment was located steps away from the Piazza del Popolo, on the north end of central Rome. the location was great, within walking distance of the Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, the Pantheon, and Piazza Navona. Public transportation and taxis were readily available at or near the Piazza del Popolo, which again is a two minute walk from the apartment. I would highly recommend this location.

Absolutely enjoyed our stay in Rome and this property was our Roman home for the week. From the location, amenities, to the views, everything this unit provided allowed us to fully enjoy our stay in this, the city of all cities! The unit was equipted with everything we needed, a fully stocked kitchen, a washing machine, and plenty of space to lounge, relax and enjoy the views of the city. Piazza del Popolo just a couple of blocks away, we had access to all the gelato, cafes and restaurants in the vicinity. Thank you thank you! Looking forward to returning to Rome soon...and returning to our Roman home again!

Roman Holiday
We recently had an opportunity to visit Rome with a couple of our nieces. The location was amazing short walk to the Spanish Steps and the Trevi Fountain and Pantheon Close to Piazza Popolo with a handy taxi stand and great restaurants and really good shopping. We also walked to St Peter’s Basilica, the Vatican and Castle San’Angelo, a little more ambitious walk but the streets of Rome with shops cafes great pizza and pasta and coffee the walks were easy and enjoyable. The apartment was the top floor plenty of space between the bedrooms for privacy nice equipped kitchen and great terraces to relax at the end of the day or in the morning to plan the next adventure, with exceptional views. Sara and Emanuel were very helpful and accommodating hosts, they assisted us with our transportation from and to the airport as well as providing contact information for tours and tickets. We could not be more grateful to them for their efforts in making this possible and also an amazing trip.
