Attico elegante e moderno di 90 mq situato al 5° piano un palazzo storico del 1600. Si accede con ascensore direttamente all'interno. E' composto da un ingresso, un soggiorno con camino e tavolo da pranzo, una cucina, due camere matrimoniali, due bagni (la doccia del bagno con la vasca è alta 170cm) e due terrazzi con vista sui tetti di Roma. L'appartamento ha free WiFi, smart TV, aria condizionata in ogni ambiente, lenzuola e asciugamani, lavatrice/asciugatrice.
L'appartamento è stato completamente ristrutturato nel 2021. Tutte le camere sono molto silenziose, affacciate da un lato su Via dei Vecchiarelli e dall'altro su Via dei Coronari, una delle vie pedonali più antiche della città.

Fantastic Apartment and Experience!
This was a perfect apartment for our stay in Rome. Incredible location within walking distance of many sites. Apartment was well appointed, clean and had everything we needed - in particular, we appreciated the kitchen amenities provided upon arrival and during our stay, and the charming balcony space. Flaminia and her staff were immediately responsive to all of our requests and very helpful prior to arrival and throughout our visit. If you have the chance to stay here, we’d highly recommend it.

Great base for family trip
Flaminia’s home was just as pictured and described. Comfortable layout and we cooked light breakfasts in the kitchen which was a lovely convenience. Liked having wonderful local cafes, bistros and historic sights within walking distance. Our hostess was very accommodating. Would return again.

What a fabulous apartment in a quiet section of Rome. The only noise was the family of seagulls protecting their babies on the rooftop accross the way. Everything about the apartment was perfect, including the beds and pillows. Would definatley want to stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay in this property. It was clean and spacious with the extra bonus of having a rooftop balcony. The area was very safe with plenty of shops and restaurants right outside the main entry. The owners also arrange travel for us from the cruise port and to the airport. I would highly recommend a stay here!

A fantastic stay!
Our host was always in communication with us. She arranged a private driver for us from our cruise terminal to the VRBO. She also arranged a car service for us to the airport. Everything went so smoothly. The apartment is just as it appears on her site. Very comfortable for the 4 of us. The terrace off of the living room was where we gathered every morning, afternoon, and evening to relax and unwind. And a great neighborhood for exploring and finding fun boutiques and restaurants. Close to everything and quiet at night. Couldn't have been any better. I wish we could have stayed a month!!!

Awesome experience!
This was honestly one of our best VRBO experiences. The apartment is even nicer than in the photos. The outdoor space was great. Both beds were very comfortable. We didn’t realize that the 2nd bathroom with the tub only had a hand-held shower, but we adapted to that. The location of the property is probably the best in Rome and we can’t wait to return on a future visit!

Great location near Piazza Navona
This was the perfect location on a nice street near Piazza Navona. We were able to walk everywhere from this location and yet it was quiet at night. We felt very safe as well. The washer/dryer combo unit is a definite bonus and we used it half way through our stay. I loved the little street we were on and there is a little grocery store and several cafes close by. Would definitely stay here again.

Host Flaminia stayed in contact with us, set up driver pick up at airport and driver to train station at the end of the stay. Apartment is better than pictures . It is a mini penthouse with its own elevator . No lugging suitcases up 5 floors . Cool factor. Easy walk to most anything 15-20 minutes. Vatican is 20-25 minutes. Lots of restaurants in the neighborhood. Very quiet . I would stay there again for sure . Thank you Flaminia

Perfect location for Rome getaway
We loved everything about this apartment- from the location, to the elevator, to the balcony! Communication was easy and they helped us set up transportation to and from the airport. Fantastic location - right on Via dei Coronari and five minutes from Castle Sant’Angelo. Wonderful balcony to take advantage of the warm Rome weather but high enough to not hear the street below. Ideal apartment to base all of your Rome adventures.

Family vacation
Clean, centrally located apartment. We walked everywhere. Very quiet at night. Having an elevator was very helpful. Kitchen, although small, had the essentials and i made breakfast with no trouble. I would definitely stay here again. Some things to notice: low ceilings in one of the bathrooms, slow washer/dryer ( both things in one). None of them were an issue for us, just different than what i am used to.

Charming apartment in excellent location!
This is a lovely apartment within walking distance of all the major viewing attractions. The neighbourhood felt safe and it was great to have the convenience of card access - especially with two couples. The apartment has been beautifully renovated and was spotlessly clean. The beds and pillows were super comfortable. We also enjoyed the patio, as it was a great spot to sit in the sunshine and take in some rooftop views. The only negative about this apartment is that the second shower will not fit a tall person and it doesn’t even have an overhead water flow. It’s merely a hand held wand hung just above waist height.

Beautiful apartment in great location
My family of four (adult kids) felt very comfortable at this clean, well appointed apartment. Views from the terrace are beautiful and the location (on fun, busy pedestrian way) is local feelingvwhile easy walk to attractions. Great communication with staff too.

Great location and wonderfully sunny balcony
My husband and I with two friends enjoy a few days in Rome every other year when the 6 Nations rugby match is played there. This time we enjoyed staying in a different area of Rome and the apartment was perfect. Very clean, instructions for everything supplied and as the weekend was very sunny we had the bonus of the balcony. Sitting high in the the rooftops watching the seagulls (noisy birds!). Hard to believe we were in the middle of Rome - it was so quiet. Low ceiling in the bathroom could be a problem for tall people but the bath made up for that. We were sad to leave. Many thanks.

Lovely centrally located apartment
The apartment is centrally located, yet very quiet which is exactly what we were looking for. We found the beds to be comfortable and they were fitted with good quality bed linen. We had a quaint view over the rooftops of the neighbourhood and were very happy with our choice. The local cafe Monteforte is fabulous, we went there each morning for coffee and pastries and left with a fresh loaf of bread too.

Excellent apartment in Rome
We'd highly recommend this apartment. Clean, roomy and comfortable, with a nice terrace. It's the penthouse of the building, with direct elevator access into the suite. The location is central and we walked everywhere, but enough away from the crowds that it was quiet. Lots of food options close by. The owner, Flaminia, was easy to work with and very helpful in arranging car service for us to and from the train station. We would stay here again if we return to Rome.

Roma getaway
The property was well equipped, close to the Piazza Novona and provided a clean, comfortable place to call home for a week. Flaminia was lovely to deal with. She responded quickly to our communications and requests. One caveat is tall people will have an issue with the second bathroom. The ceilings are low in the toilet/shower area. We loved the balcony and being able to savor our time in Rome.

Great Central Location for Touring Rome
Everything was top notch. I only rated it 4 instead of 5 stars due to the ceiling height in second bedroom. Anyone over 6 feet will have to crouch to use it.
