“We had a wonderful stay. Marilyn provided everything we needed and promptly communicated before and during our stay. The property location in Luquillo is great. A short easy drive to El Yunque and Farjardo areas, and a 40min drive to San Juan. There are plenty of restaurants, supermarkets and convenience stores nearby. The beach at the property is beautiful. Our kids (9, 11, 16) had the best time playing at the beach and enjoyed the pool and pickleball too. Marilyn provided beach chairs, a...

“We had a fantastic experience with our stay. The host was very accommodating and quick to answer any questions we had. We had a hard time finding the building because the signs had been taken off in the hurricanes, but once there, check in and check it was a breeze. It is a great condo a short walk from the beach. Would stay there again in a heartbeat!”

“This unit is all it says and everything you need. Just a few steps from a quiet beach with calm water. It clean and has a large patio with your own grill.comes with two parking spaces and gated entry. The host is great and we were met there by Berto who showed us around and how everything works. That was a first. It was the fifth time we have stayed in Luquillo and definitely the best unit. Will return next year.”

“This place was beautifully decorated, very clean, perfectly supplied, and close to so many fun things to do. The communication with the owner was always timely and we immensely enjoyed our stay! The kitchen had everything we needed and and everything worked great. The property was very safe and secure too. And GORGEOUS views of the ocean - WOW! ”

“We really appreciated how easy and quick it was to communicate with the host. It was clean and felt safe. With a family of 6 we were happy to have beach toys and beach chairs. There was shampoo and conditioner and basic kitchen essentials and plenty of towels, and having a washer dryer was so helpful. The security gate people were always friendly and helpful. This was a great stay we highly recommend it. The beach is at the far end of the complex and that was a big bonus.”

“This apartment was perfect. It had beautiful views and easy access to the beach. Everything worked in the apartment and they provided everything we needed for our stay. The beach towels were large and there were beach chairs along with snorkeling gear. ”

“This property is certainly convenient and is close to the beach and restaurants. The street is quiet and the apartment is well taken care of. I would not rave about the building itself, it is modest and fine. For the price it is good. ”

“This was a great property. It was clean and Carmen made sure we felt welcome. The pools were great and the kids played in them everyday. Carmen even had a basketball so we could play on the courts. The condo is very well stocked, she even had sandwich bags, a cooler and chairs to take on our many beach outings. Plenty of towels, kitchenware, beach toys and anything else you could think of. The lanai was nice for sitting out in the morning drinking coffee, which I had forgot to get filters for...

“This condo was the perfect location for us to use as a home base while we explored the eastern side of Puerto Rico! It is right next to the marina which offers multiple snorkeling tour opportunities. Also a short dive to the rainforest as well as the ferry boat to Culebra!The condo itself was clean and exactly as advertised. The beach towels and in-unit washer/dryer were a huge bonus (we used them every day!Rebecca was a great host and communication exceeded our expectations!”

“The property is quite stunning with its view. Could not be closer to the water. Beds were a bit hard for our liking so we bought mattress toppers at Walmart and slept just fine. Would be nice if shower water was a bit warmer but it sufficed. Property advertises a jacuzzi tub. While technically this correct, it is NOT a hot tub. Water is not heated. Feel like this should be clarified in the listing. The sliding glass doors to both bedrooms need some maintenance…extremely loud and hard to...
