“Check in was rushed , wasn’t explained very well where our room was located , spent 15 minutes looking for it. Room was outdated for price . Bed was too soft did speak to the duty manager as I have a bad back, house keeping came to room with a white looking doona that had yellow stains over it and was told that was a mattress topper , house keeping were shocked at condition of it as she pulled out of a black garbage bag, then maintence came to our room with a big square piece of wooden board ,...

“It was truly serenity living in the woods, hotel staff at reception were nice and friendly. Breakfast spread were decent but note it’s cabinet stuff instead of hot meals. Only downside were housekeeping, our rooms were not vacuumed throughout all nights. Other than the jacuzzi tub and comfortable bed, the hotel could use some refurbishment to freshen up the whole experience. One downside will be the lack of kitchen sink where you will need to do all refilling and washing with the small toilet...

“Clean room but ancient bathroom. Staff were friendly and helpful. Cafe by the beach was excellent and well used by everyone. Pub food in resort was nice. Great place to just hang out as well. A bit of a drive into Margaret River but ok if you have a car. ”

“The resort services are good. Very kind and nice the staff. The apartment, not really new, is efficient and enjoyable even if not fully equipped (kitchenware). Ordinary cleaning was ok, while the heavy cleaning was really disappointed: webs, dust on the window blinds and window glasses.”

“The outside and common area of the property was generally well looked after and the Nespresso pod in the dining area was appreciated. The facilities to cook and prep food were great as was the use of the laundry. Fresh towels were provided everyday. Honestly, even though it was generally a lovely stay, the bedroom/ensuite/ kitchenette was a little bit tired. Also, I could hear the guy snoring very clearly in the room next door. Overall, my travelling buddies enjoyed the stay. Thanks ”

“No kitchen but a microwave, kettle & toaster plus plates etc plus fridge. Clean comfortable bed, large room and quiet. Has a pool though too cold to use while we were there.”

“Lovely place to stay, bed was super comfy, friendly staff. The only thing I would improve if I was to pick something would be have a area where this is no street lights so you could star gaze even better ”

“Great area, near beach, dog friendly but the villa desperately needs a new bathroom! The holiday park is more tilted to caravan and camping .. the amenities for them seen pretty good. I recommend booking direct to the park as their fees are WAY lower that what we paid through Expedia . We basically got ripped off and paid hundreds more even with using our points discount which was over $250 Would I stay here again, probably not . Villas need a lot of updating .”
