“Rob is a great host, he is very helpful and knowledgeable about the area and provided fabulous communication. The house is shared but our area was private. The house is as presented in the photos. The garden is really lovely. We were there on a cold, rainy Victorian winter weekend and were very comfortable. The house has all the amenities that we needed for our stay. It is in a very quiet location.”

“We enjoy heading to Rosebud each year to stay at Joyce Beachside Escape - Rosebud. It is so close to everything. The highlights are being close to the the playground for the kids and the beach. There is plenty of room for the family at the place and parking for two cars off site if required. We will be back next year!”

“We had an amazing week staying here, and couldn't be happier with the property and it's facilities. The rooms were spacious, beds comfortable, a lovely full sized kitchen and meals area, complete with outside areas to eat and relax. Plus, our kids loved the games room.Silvana was very easy to communicate with and provide an easy check in. We will definitely be back.”

“Floors were filthy. Half the jets in the spa didn't work. Was told 2 days before check in there were no towels, pillow cases or sheets. Not enough toilet paper. Board games unplayable and missing pieces. Otherwise large and pretty house”

“It was our annual mom’s weekend away. The venue was great as we could walk into town, the beach and it was easy to access everything we needed. The home is comfortable and clean. We were nicely surprised with a box of chocolates and a bottle of wine placed for us in the kitchen. Overall we had a great time”
