“Wir waren eine Woche im wunderschönen, mit viel Stil und Geschmack eingerichteten Haus in Pognana Lario. Der abenteuerliche Weg zum Haus ist teils anstrengend, aber der Ausblick und die Unterkunft sind alle Mühe wert. Vielen Dank für die entspannte und schöne Zeit!!”

What others have stated is true: If you want to experience Lake Como from an actual neighborhood, look no further. But the most wonderful thing about this property is the host, Giulia. She is a fabulous communicator with a warm and generous heart. We had an emergency situation during our stay and Giulia went above and beyond to make sure everything was ok. “Great house. Great space both indoors and outdoors. Great location. Each bedroom with its own bathroom. Perfect for family of 4 or 5. Lack of A/C tough when very hot. My suggestions would be some window covers (so easier to sleep in) and get some nicer outdoor furniture so guests can take better advantage of the 2 terraces which are quite lovely.”

“This is a beautiful house and stay -- my only advice to be very exact about *which city and plaza* you meet the property manager at, as we had the wrong Santa Maria plaza entirely! Other than that, a truly magical building, waterfall, and stay.”

“Location très bien placée. En retrait de la route, à 2 pas du lac, dans un coin tranquille mais pas isolé. Possible de faire ses courses et de manger au restaurant sans prendre la voiture. Le seul inconvénient est la présence de moustique. Cela doit être lié à la grande proximité du lac et le mois d'août. Nous recommandons.”

“From the listing, it seemed we were in an home/apt with it's own private pool. What we found was it was a small apt with lots of stairs and a pool you share with a whole complex of apartments. Plus, the pool is not heated and too cold to use. And there wasn't a hot tub as listed. It would've been nice.”

“Hatten noch nie so ein schlechtes Ferienhaus gebucht und wir haben schon einige bewohnt und alles war immer bestens. Der Pool erinnerte eher an eine etwas größere Badewanne. Die Bilder entsprechen absolut nicht der Wahrheit, da alles in Wirklichkeit viel kleiner und dunkler wirkt. Untergeschoss besteht aus einem Schlafzimmer und ein Bad ohne Fenster! Das Bad ist voller Schimmelbefall und die Wände sind komplett Feucht mit einem muffigen Geruch! Es stehen schon 2 Luftentfeuchter im Bad und SZ,...

“Sehr schönes haus in den Bergen. Die Aussicht ist echt top! Leider haben die Räume innen teilweise etwas Schimmel an den Wänden und die Straße ist die letzten 500m nicht asphaltiert und hat viele Schlaglöcher. Abgesehen davon ist es wunderbares Objekt ist super Lage!”

“The location was as expected. The property has one shower. After checking in we messaged the manager that there was no wifi. Unfortunately we ended up with with no wifi for three days. The oven was also broken. A technician was called but couldn't fix it. We were not offering any compensation for these inconveniences. You may consider renting somewhere else.”
