“I asked for early check in but didn’t hear back from anyone, so I arrived at 3pm to find early check in had been added without telling me, so I was almost charged for it. “We had 6 rooms for a business trip. All were clean and tidy, large and nicey furnished. Staff were friendly and efficient, parking was easy (althoigh had to be paid for).
