“This is a top hotel in every regard. It is so refreshing to have the space and luxury compared to a lot of 5 star places which can be bright and shiny but smaller rooms and not as "opulent" as the Hyatt Canberra feels. This was a treat and I travel every week so if in Canberra.....DO IT!”

“While it is a bit worn out the bed was very comfortable, the aircon worked well (it was humid for Canberra) Staff were thoughtful and kind and the shower was great.”

“The location is good, reception greetings for checking inare professional, the Parking lot space is good. However! The room is full of, thousands of grants! Celling corner! bathroom! Everywhere! I bring my 2months baby cannot stay here how you can imagine? Terrible experience at night! Nightmare for baby! for family! Never recommend it and terrible cleaness! Besides, the shower is leaking! Grants clamb from the plumbing hole! very terrible!”

“Our second stay at this property, we enjoy the large rooms for a family. Seems a bit more worn out since 3 years ago. Seeing the kangaroos on the golf course next door were a lovely bonus. ”

“Used to stay here often when kids were little 30 years ago. As for the room not much has changed?! Room maintenance leaves a lot to be desired, although room was clean and bed comfy. When booking website advertised buffet breakfast and great restaurant. No buffet but could only choose 4 items from the cooked menu. Restaurant not open that week. Wouldn't stay agsin and wouldnt recommend.”
