“Overall most of our needs were met as a group. Sleeping spaces for enough people to sleep at least 6 comfortably & then some extra pullout/futon couches available. However a few issues we came across were - the cleanliness upon arrival specifically the presence of dead or live flies at almost every window. Upstairs bedroom the flies were making noise all night at least the first night of our stay. - the water must be well water because it smelled like sulfur every time someone ran the sink...

“The property is very clean and organized. We had everything we needed and more. It is perfectly located less than 2 miles from the Castile entrance to Letchworth State Park. After two long days in the park, it was wonderful to have such a nice deck and outdoor furniture to relax on! ”

“My husband and I and our two friends had a wonderful time here. We enjoyed our coffee around the outdoor fire pit the first morning, lounged around the kitchen table over homemade sour dough pancakes, fruit and eggs both mornings, played dominoes in the living room in the evening with the a fire going in the stone fireplace. “We stayed here for family weekend at St. Bonaventure. It was about a 20 minute drive. Such a great view from the living room. It felt like you were on a cruise ship, as the lake is steps away. ”

“We enjoyed the home. The horseback riding was great. They don't have AC in the house. They just have AC in the living room. The other rooms were hot. We were able to access a few fans and that helped. The bedroom setup is odd, but it worked well enough for us.”
