“All the staff were incredibly kind, making it a comfortable and worry-free stay even with children. The hot water pressure in the shower was excellent. The highlight of our stay was enjoying breakfast on the rooftop while gazing at the pyramids—it was absolutely fantastic. They also arranged transportation for us to travel from Giza to Alexandria, and their after-service support was exceptional. I highly recommend this hotel.”

“The service here is really good! They arranged airport pick up and drop off for us, had local suggestions for food and tours. Their English was good and they were very friendly. The morning breakfast was very good, we are two active brothers and it filled us up, which is not easy to do. All the staff were very honest and helpful. The room to clean and comfortable.”

“Doesn’t look like much from the outside, and the lower levels/elevator are somewhat sketchy, but the rooms themselves, and the rooftop patio were very nice. Good location, walking distance from the pyramids, and a good view of them from the rooms with balconies as well as from the roof. Food and beers were overpriced, and do NOT use them to book a cab… a taxi from the airport cost less than $20, but the hotel wanted $130 for the return trip! All in all, I would stay again.”

“I'm so glad I booked this hotel. From the minute I checked-in I felt at home. The owner and all the staff members made me feel utterly at home. I had an unfortunate accident whilst walking the streets of Cairo where wet concrete fell on me. When I got back to the hotel the owner offered straight away to wash my clothes, he didn't even charge me. The hospitality is something else here! highly recommend, such nice people! ”

“Nous avons passés 4 jours avec 2 enfants. La chambre est correct (propre et fonctionnelle), nous avions une petite vue sur une pyramide depuis le balcon. Le top est le rooftop avec vue sur les pyramides et le sphynx. Nous etions debut fevrier et il faisait froid pour le petit déjeuner et le diner. Il faut demander pour le menage dans la chambre, sinon ils ne font pas. L'équipe est tres accueillante, et tres gentile.”

“I locali si presentano puliti ma l’hotel necessità di ristrutturazione. La media della città è comunque più bassa. Non funziona il Wi-Fi. Vista mozzafiato delle piramidi dalle camere e dalla zona colazione. Il personale terrorizza i clienti sulla pericolosità della zona. Consigliata una guida per uscire dall’hotel e girare la città.”

“Camere rumorosissime sia a causa della strada che tutta la notte le auto suonano che per i dipendenti che dalle 7 del mattino preparano le colazioni e fanno tantissimo rumore, c’era scritto che la navetta da e per l’aeroporto era compresa invece ho dovuto pagare 20 € in più. Colazione perfetta, personale cortese, gentile e disponibile. Molto comodo per andare alle piramidi, circa 10 minuti in auto. L’hotel ha organizzato alcune escursioni e tutto perfetto. ”

“The apartments were nice and had everything I needed, at a reasonable price. The bed was comfortable and the floor plan was nice in the one bedroom unit. I needed fast internet for work and was happy with the connectivity. The staff was friendly and helpful. There’s a grocery store close by and it was easy to get an uber right at the front door. I didn’t try any of the restaurants nearby but there were a few. I would definitely stay here again if I’m in the area. ”
