Villa Morgan è una villa di lusso con splendida vista sul mare situata sulle colline proprio sopra il centro di Sainte-Maxime con vista sulla baia di Saint Tropez. Si trova nel tranquillo quartiere Sémaphore di Sainte-Maxime e dista solo 10 minuti a piedi dal centro con i suoi affascinanti negozi, ristoranti e spiagge sabbiose. Questa moderna e spaziosa villa di lusso è arredata con gusto, adatta alle famiglie e vanta una piscina riscaldata e un'ampia terrazza con vista panoramica sul mare. La piscina beneficia anche di una copertura rigida automatizzata per la sicurezza dei bambini. Fuori dal bellissimo soggiorno a pianta aperta, una grande terrazza con divani all'aperto consente di godersi lo splendore della Costa Azzurra. Cene all'aperto è previsto per un massimo di 10. Cammina in città, passeggia lungo la spiaggia, noleggia windsurf o hobie-cats nel circolo velico. La splendida spiaggia di Nartelle è a pochi minuti in auto con una vasta scelta di beach club per tutti i gusti. Le barche più grandi possono essere noleggiate dal centro di Sainte-Maxime per la crociera della bellissima costa e navigare attraverso la baia fino alla spiaggia di Pampelonne, scegliendo uno dei famosi club e ristoranti come Tahiti Beach, Nikki Beach o Club 55 per il pranzo. Oppure prendi il piccolo traghetto dritto per Saint Tropez. O prendere una barca per la riserva nazionale sull'isola di Port-Cros. Ci sono infinite attività elettrizzanti che ti aspettano. La villa ospita 8 camere da letto ed è climatizzata. C'è una camera da letto matrimoniale con bagno privato, vista mare e TV. Due ulteriori camere da letto con bagno privato una con due letti singoli e 1 con letto matrimoniale, entrambe con TV e si aprono su terrazze con vista sul mare. La quarta camera da letto è accessibile separatamente dalla casa principale e contiene due letti singoli.

excellent choix de maison
nous avons passé 10 beaux jours ici, la maison est proche du centre, elle est meublée de façon moderne avec un beau jardin. Nous avions chacun une parfaite intimité, mais nous avons apprécié de nous retrouver au petit-déjeuner dans la grande salle à manger. le gérant était très arrangeant, il a répondu immédiatement à nos demandes, nous serions ravis de revenir ici

Luxurious two-week stay at Villa Morgan
Villa Morgan was the perfect location for our two week stay in the Cote d'Azur. The views down to the Gulf of Saint-Tropez were truly breathtaking. The home has 5 modern and contemporary bedrooms - each with their own private en-suite bathrooms. Three of the bedrooms have lovely water views. The home also comes with a bocce ball court, pingpong table and a gorgeous pool - all 3 amenities were used by us most days. The home locale is very private amid the expansive grounds, yet you can walk to town in about 10 minutes (find the public stairs about 200 yards away down Bellevue Blvd). We walked to town each morning to get fresh croissants and were back within the hour. Sainte-Maxime is a quaint and charming village. It has dozens of upscale and excellent restaurants, plenty of shopping, plethora of grocers (recommend the Covered Market), etc. You can also walk to town and take a public boat over to St. Tropez (and many other destinations) right from the marina in Sainte-Maxime.There was also ample parking for our two cars for our day trips at the villa. The host, Michael. was easy to work with and was super responsive. We have nothing but excellent things to say about our stay at this lovely abode! We definitely recommend this villa for it's incredible views, privacy, proximity to town, drivable locale for many day trips (St. Tropez, Antibes, Cannes, Nice, Monaco, beaches, hiking, wineries, golfing, etc), amenities (pool, bocce, ping pong, etc.) and its receptive host, Michael.

Absolutely beautiful villa
Villa was huge and very inviting. The property manager was very responsive in addressing any issues. The villa was absolutely beautiful with a wonderful view of the sea. The bedrooms were all large with large ensuite bathrooms. The pool was wonderful and had 6 chaise loungers and a sitting area. The villa had multiple sitting areas and 3 areas where you could dine. There were three refrigerators in the villa. We used the refrigerator in the pantry off the kitchen for our beverages. There is a Carrefour close to the villa but a much newer and larger one on the road that you are on coming to the villa off the freeway. We could walk into the town of Sainte Maxime which had a lovely market and many nice restaurants to dine in. It was a harder walk uphill back to the villa but if you take a couple breaks it was okay. (We are all in our 60's) Easy to drive to other towns in the South of France. Highly recommend this villa.

Dream Villa
Beautiful, villa, well maintained and well appointed. Very private and not overlooked by or overlooking surrounding properties. Plenty of comfortable seating areas with options of sunshine and shade all day long. Lovely sea views from the main terrace and top floor. The pool was also lovely with good pool furniture. Spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds and good showers. The grounds are totally enclosed with plenty of space for our two dogs to safely run around. Although not advertised as accessible, it worked really well for my husband who was using a mobility scooter and couldn't manage stairs - he didn't use the pool level, but kitchen, lounge, large terrace, bedrooms and bathrooms could all be easily accessed and the scooter easily made it down to the town and back when we went out. The villa is well located in a quiet area with just a short walk down the hill into the port or town centre. Michael was really helpful and readily available when we needed to contact him. A welcome basket including wines, coffee and teas was very much appreciated; and the kitchen was equipped with basic condiments, olive oil, washing up materials etc. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the villa, so much so that we have already booked to stay again next year!

Immer einen Urlaub wert
Tolle Villa in super Lage! Die Ausstattung ist sehr hochwertig und es ist alles sauber und gepflegt. Das Haus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend und das Zentrum von Sainte - Maxime ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Mit dem Schiff erreicht man Saint-Tropez in nur 20 Minuten. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Südfrankreich und können diese Destination sehr empfehlen. Wir werden sicher wieder einen Urlaub dort planen.

Fantastique séjour
Superbe maison, spacieuse, très bien agencée, proposant à chaque couple un bel espace d’intimité une fois dans la chambre (nous étions 9 personnes), avec une grande et très agréable terrasse surplombant la piscine et offrant une vue magnifique sur le golfe de Saint-Tropez et sur Saint-Tropez même (nous n’avons pas raté une miette de son feu d’artifice de la Saint-Sylvestre). Ce séjour restera gravé à jamais dans nos mémoires.

Beautiful Villa
Our family group of 7 stayed for week at Villa Morgan and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We did not want to leave. The recent renovations made to the property are fabulous. Each bedroom is ensuite which gives everyone privacy. The upper deck and pool area were lovely, and the kitchen by the pool was great for va I g east access to snacks and drinks. Being within walking distance to town was nice. Be aware that basic supplies are not provided - such as shampoo, soap, paper towels/napkins. So you might want to make a stop at one of the nearby grocery stores.

It’s people that make the biggest difference
The property was perfectly located and within easy reach of the pretty little town of Saint Maxime and a hop across the water to Saint Tropez. Excellent interior spaces. What made the holiday perfect was Michael, the manager. His attention, responsiveness and curtesy meant we didn’t have to worry about anything as small issues that arose were dealt with immediately.

Friends and Family Holiday
Villa Morgan exceeded our expectations. The villa is beautiful in the listing photos yet more spectacular and spacious in person. Our party of two families had ample room to gather and enjoy private time. We particularly enjoyed the pool after exploring the surrounding towns and beaches during the day. Sainte-Maxime is a charming town and there are numerous areas to explore nearby. Everyone enjoyed our trip ages 6-adult. Michael was available for any questions and made checkin and check out easy. We highly recommend staying at Villa Morgan and look forward to returning.

Absolutely loved this villa, perfect for families as everyone had their own space. Short walk to the town and beach (unfortunately, uphill on the way back!). Kitchen very well equipped. Would definitely go back. Michael was very helpful when we had questions.

Erwartungen zu 100% erfüllt
Wir (2 Erwachsene, 4 Kinder) hatten eine unglaublich tolle Zeit in der Villa Morgan. Die gesamte Gestaltung des Hauses und das hochwertige Interieur lassen keine Wünsche offen. Der Aussenbereich mit Pool, Bouleplatz und vielen entspannten Sitzmöglichkeiten hat den Aufenthalt perfekt gemacht. Die Kommunikation mit Michael Schaeffer vor Ort war flexibel und sehr freundlich. Die Lage des Objektes ist aussergewöhnlich - man genießt einerseits die Ruhe und den Meerblick, andererseits ist das Stadtzentrum innerhalb weniger Minuten erreichbar. 100% Weiterempfehlung und Vorfreude auf ein nächstes mal

Kurz zusammengefasst: die Villa ist sehr geräumig, top gepflegt und sehr hochwertig eingerichtet. Alles ist neu und stilvoll! Der Garten mit dem großen Pool und dem Bowl-Platz lädt zum verweilen ein, die große Terrasse bietet einen tollen Blick auf das Meer. Das Zentrum von Sainte-Maxime ist fußläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Der Kontakt mit Michael Schaeffer war sehr gut und sehr nett! Wir hatten eine super Zeit und kommen gerne wieder! 100% Weiterempfehlung!
