La nostra casa doppia splendidamente ristrutturata si trova in posizione centrale tra Utah State Capital Building e LDS Temple Square. Questa dimora storica si trova a pochi passi dal vivace centro commerciale di Salt Lake e dai locali notturni, dai ristoranti e dal centro congressi. Una casa lussuosa e moderna nel cuore della città!

A pochi passi da negozi, ristoranti, bevande e aree storiche. Facile raggiungere UTA Trax e la fermata dell'autobus. Situato in posizione strategica al centro commerciale più bello dello Utah. Facile accesso da uno stato all'altro, perfetto per i visitatori del Sundance Film Festival o di una delle famose località sciistiche dello Utah.

Great place, great location!!!
A group of 4 of us stayed for 4 days while in town for a hockey game. 1st time in Salt Lake City - couldn't have asked for a better spot to stay!! The house itself was wonderful - very clean & so well appointed!! The 4 bedrooms were perfect for a group of friends, and the kitchen had everything we needed 'equipment' wise! Absolutely no complaints about anything - the check in directions were extremely helpful and communication with David easy. The house is in a great location - steps away from the Capital buildings and just a couple of blocks to Temple Square and the rest of the downtown. We easily walked back & forth to Delta Centre (the hill coming back was good for all the good food we had!) or, Ubers were easy to get when we decided to take it easy!!Highly recommend this great house!!! Thanks for a fabulous stay!

SLC Capital House
We had a family group visit for the NCAA Tournament games, and the house, location and weather were all great for our stay. The accommodations were top-notch in this renovated Capitol Hill home. The house is conveniently located for taking part in all the activities that Salt Lake City has to offer.

SLC Supercross 2023
Property was very clean and inside was awesome. Beds and linens were very nice! The only complaint was when we fired up the oven it smoked the whole house out. Thank goodness it was warm out and we opened up the doors and windows to air it out. Location was easy to get around and the neighborhood was quiet. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you

Ideal for small groups who are active people.
This home was beautifully decorated and well-outfitted. We were a group of 70+ somethings, and so for us, the home wasn't as safe or convenient as it could be. We could not walk up and down the hill to the convention center, but younger folks certainly could! We needed handrails getting in and out of the home, and handrails on each side of the staircases inside the home. We are used to these and other 'creature comforts' as seasoned adults, but for the younger set, this is a very, very nice home. All 7 of us travellers recommend it, along with solid kudos for the terrific and responsive hosts! They were always available, and we needed help a few times; before, during and after our trip. Overall, a super home to live in while vacationing!

Best stay we ever had in SLC!
Loved this property! It was so clean, and impeccably designed. It was thoughtfully curated with everything you could possibly need whether traveling for business or vacation. We were there over thanksgiving and were asked to bring desserts for the family holiday—for 35 people, lol—but cooking in this kitchen is a delight!! All of the cookware is quality, and the utensils are ample. The location is incredible—half a block to the capitol and 3 blocks to downtown. We walked every day in this beautiful and safe neighborhood, full of affluent, historic homes and museums! Perhaps the best part was communicating with David—he was lovely to work with and very kind and understanding. It is nice when property owners are so accessible but never impinge on your privacy, it really feels like you are staying in your own home. We were sad when the place we usually stay in SLC decided that they were no longer going to offer short term rentals, but it was a blessing in disguise, because we found this amazing new place to stay! We will definitely book again, and encourage our friends and family to do the same! Thanks for a wonderful holiday!!

This was the perfect spot for us to have access to a conference and fun downtown. My only complaint would be parking was tight a couple of times when the neighbor had parked first.

Amazing place
The property was exceptionally clean, and well stocked. They went the extra mile to ensure the stay was wonderful. Fantastic location to head downtown. We also enjoyed walking to the Capitol building. David went out of his way to reach out after we arrived to ensure we had everything we needed. Checkout was really easy. I really cannot say enough good things about the stay. Hope to stay again soon.

Vacation for lacrosse tournament & visting colleges
This was the perfect house for my family. Great location! The house is beautifully decorated and we had everything we needed. We all had our own rooms which were very comfortable. But what was great was the communication and helpfulness from the owners. Since we were there for a lacrosse tournament (and being from another state), we didn't have any chairs, an ice chest or umbrella (it was over 90 degrees while we were there) needed for a 2-day tournament, so i called the owner on a whim to see if they had anything in the house we could use... he actually came to the house, got everything we asked for out of the garage and let us borrow them! This was a huge help to us and saved us money having to buy all this for just 2 days! Also, we lost connection to the WiFi twice, and came over to help re-connect after not having any luck trying to fix over the phone. Lost connection again the next morning (not good when husband is trying to work before leaving for the day), so while we were away, they actually purchased a new router/modem and installed it, so when we came home it was working and never had a problem again! You can tell they care so much about their house and go above & beyond to make their renters feel at home! Highly recommend!!!

A gem near the capitol!
This is a great convenient property to down town Salt Lake City and the capitol area. Renting the property was easy and efficient. The property is well cared for. Kitchen well stocked, and plenty of clean linens.

Lovely!
Beautiful property and great location. Very comfortable and well appointed. We had a small issue with shower control in upstairs bath, but owners got on it in a few hours. Highly recommend this beautiful property!!

Cozy condo with a view
Everything you need is just blocks away. Checking in and checking out were very easy and convenient. We skiied multiple mountains and really enjoyed being centrally located to everything. The house is beautifully decorated and was very nice to have it easily accessible from the back

Perfect Downtown Location
This is just a really cool location and everything here is top notch from the kitchen utensils to the luxury bathrooms it was just a great experience. I can’t think of a single thing that I would ask to be different. All the furnishings are modern and everything in great working order. I also really appreciated how quiet it was here. I’ll definitely rent this place again!

Perfect location and beautiful home
The house has a lot of character. There were no details left undone. We throughly enjoyed our stay and would consider staying here again. It’s next to downtown and close to many restaurants. Very centralized to get to most places in 30 minutes or less. Communication was excellent and prompt. We had an issue with one of the TVs which I advised the owner and when we got back from our day out it was fixed. Couldn’t ask for more. Plus I honestly cannot emphasize enough how comfortable we felt there. It was really a home away from home.
