“Beautifull House Not a long vacation but we were lucky to have stayed in Mr. Albertos Villa. The house is so beautiful and clean, big enough for a big family. The garden is lovely and the most worthwhile is the location, the house is close to the coast and great view. Varous Great Restaurants in walking distance; La Spezia and Porto Venere are places worth visiting and vacationing. Thanks again Alberto ”

“La villetta è al limite estremo di Fegina, a circa 500m dal gigante. Ha un giardino ampio e curato dal quale si gode la vista delle 5 terre. La villetta è spaziosa è comoda.”

“The building is lovely with a fantastic outdoor balcony overlooking the ocean and beach. The location is perfect. Very easy access from the train station a short walk to stores, restaurants, and other. I only gave 4 stars for cleanliness because the clothes washing machine was filthy and the tea pot was unusable. ”

“The views from the villa were well worth the climb up the stairs from the train station. The outdoor spaces looking out over the Mediterranean and Manarola were awesome. The unit was bright and spacious with great windows and was well stocked. Our check-in host met us at the villa and made sure we had everything we needed.”

“Great location that was less than 10 min walk from La Spezia Central Station. Elisa provided great directions and restaurant suggestions and was very helpful but also left you alone to enjoy the place. There were 8 of us that could easily stay in the main villa and upstairs. Air conditioning worked great and kitchen, bathrooms and washer were great (we did a few clothes washes and hung them over night and most were dry in morning). Nice outside patio with lemon trees. “ Eautiful view from 2 bedroom apartment on a hill. Some steps to get in, but worth it for the lovely view of the seaport, especially at night with the lights. Host was so helpful to dirrect us to locations to visit, restaurants and answer all our questions. ”
