La nostra casa si trova nel cuore del quartiere North Park di San Diego. Con locali alla moda, bar, caffetterie e ristoranti in ogni angolo. A pochi minuti da Balboa Park, Ocean Beach, Downtown, Little Italy, Hillcrest e molto altro.

NorthPark è l'hub per la vita notturna alla moda di San Diego. A pochi isolati di distanza ci sono diverse birrerie, ristoranti e caffetterie tutto ciò che serve per rendere il vostro soggiorno più piacevole.

Weekend getaway
This was the perfect spot for us! Lots of issues getting there on this busy Marathon weekend but the location proved to be the best choice we made! My son ran and the run route was a street up from us. We were able to walk to everything you could possibly need. The house itself was small but the description was spot on, very charming and perfect for 3-5 people. The host was responsive immediately to all messages. Definitely would recommend.

Great Stay
The home was very well Stocked and clean. The size was perfect for the six guests that stayed, including two young children. It was a perfect location within walking distance of numerous grocery stores and restaurants. The Private outdoor area was fantastic for eating and hanging out. Would recommend this to anyone visiting the area.

Summer Trip to San Diego
Me and my friend chose to take a 9 day trip to san diego to meet up with some friends. The check in process was easy, clean property and clean linens. It was close to alot but tucked away so it was still a quiet neighborhood at night. Ismael was super helpful, even when we had to inconvenience him on one part of the trip, I never felt anything short of complete patience. Will definitely visit again!

Cute vintage home in ideal location, North Park. Easy check-in, appreciated the restaurant suggestions, loved that we could walk to breweries and restaurants and easy drive to Balboa Park and the bay.

wonderful locale for exploring the city
Nice place to be a home base for exploring San Diego. North Park is a good area with lots of neat little places to eat. Rooms had lots of windows for light and airflow. We were fortunate that we didn't need to use the A/C at all with all the ceiling fans and breezes coming in. Nice little side amenity area to recharge before more exploring.

Nicely situated in North Park
The property is exactly as presented/described in the listing. Nicely situated in North Park with bars, restaurants & shops in easy walking distance. The parking space really helps. Ismael allowed us to check in a bit early (thanks!) and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would definitely return next time we visit friends in San Diego.

Great stay in North Park
We had a great stay at this sweet home in North Park. Close to wonderful restaurants and all San Diego's major attractions, Ismael's place was clean and comfortable, and he was a very attentive host. Having parking was a huge plus! Would highly recommend!

Cute and clean little house
I stayed here with my hubby and our two small kiddos. We wanted a place with a driveway so that we didn’t have to worry about finding street parking, so this property was perfect. It was clean and charming and perfectly convenient for our family. I would definitely recommend it:)

Quiet Neighborhood
My husband, daughter and I had a great stay. Neighborhood was quiet and safe and house is cute. Parking space appreciated! Kitchen had everything we needed and patio was charming. We would definitely stay again!

Great for a weekend getaway
A friend and I stayed here for her birthday weekend and really enjoyed our stay! The location was perfect and close to everything we wanted to see. Beds are super comfortable and the house remained nice and cool throughout our stay. The neighborhood was nice and quiet at night as well. This was a great place to stay!

We did a girls trip. The house was perfect. It was clean , beds were great and we loved the fact that we had parking. Your guest must try Ann's dry clean on Adam's Ave for the best Ice Cream and Gelato . We will see you again next year we making this our annual trip.

Great find!
Nice house in North Park, close to several coffee shops and pubs and taco places. We had an unprecedented heat wave during our stay so it was quite hot and the AC unit in the living room could have been better. Also, watch out for the apron when pulling into the parking spot. Highly recommend to book!

Perfect Place For Marathon Viewing/Access
My husband, son, and brother stayed here for the San Diego Marathon. My son ran and my husband, brother, and I watched and supported him. The house was the perfect size for the 4 of us, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped for preparing and serving a meal. The house was also 1/2 block from the marathon course, and close to the marathon start so it was perfectly located for us. Next time we're in San Diego I plan to stay here.

Perfect location
Ismael’s house is in the perfect location for exploring San Diego. Good restaurants and breweries within easy walking distance. Close to the freeway. One of the best things is the driveway for parking as the area’s street parking can be a challenge. The beds are very comfortable and I loved the sheets so much I went and bought some at Costco when I got home from my trip! I definitely recommend a stay if you’re looking for a comfortable, safe and convenient place to stay.

Great house, great location, excellent communication with owner
We were in San Diego to visit UC San Diego and we stayed at the owner's well cared for home in North Park. We loved the home and the central location. The beds were comfy. The owner was attentive and communicated promptly and helpfully. Great stay!
