Master bedroom with a Queen, two night stands with lamps, full bureau with drawers and wall mirror.
Closet with two glass mirror doors along with hangers. Chair and a desk area. New Inverter Air-conditioner
2nd bedroom with two level beds lower full, upper twin. Full closet. New Inverter Air-conditioner. LED 45” Smart TV, with loaded apps (guests must use their own account for access).
Living room with a full size new modern pull out sofa bed. Tables, lamps, boards games, books, wall art work along with WIFI and Internet, LED 45” Smart TV with Netflix .
Large glass dining room set seats 6 guests.
Modern wall to wall fully equipped kitchen and center island. Coffee pot, blender, toaster, microwave, large stove large refrigerator.
Kitchen Cabinets full of spices, salt, pepper along with dishes utensils and pots and pans.
Updated bathroom with wall to wall tides. Glass shower door/shelves with hair blower, first aid kit along with amenities.
Mirror receiving room entrance.
Accommodates 6 up to 7 guests. Depending.

We stayed here overnight as it was close to the airport. This home is very clean and comfortable. It has its own parking spot and it’s a $20 dollar, 10 min uber drive from the airport. My family and I felt save in this neighborhood.

Good stay
It was a good stay. our original plans was for 7 people to stay and it’s a good thing that only 5 showed up because the house is smaller than expected, there was no way that 7 people would’ve fit their comfortably. The house was very clean and neighborhood was quiet. I would recommend it for five or less people.

Comfortable
Our three adults had plenty of room and found the house quite comfortable. The house must be directly under the airport flight path as the aircraft takeoff noise was louder than expected. But few plans took off after 10:00 pm.

Great place to stay
This was our second time staying at this property. The last time we stayed we booked the studio. This time was the two bedroom unit. Even though our stays are short, this would be a great property to stay for a week or longer. It is close to airport so you will hear the jets take off. There’s also a neighborhood alarm - rooster. But both minor issues. The communication was great and easy check in. I will definitely rebook if needed.

Not sure how to feel about it.
Instructions were clear on where to park and where to get the keys however, I was under the impression that I was going to rent an entire house and it was actually a house that was divided in two other apartments. It felt like I was sharing the house with other guest although it didn’t seem like they had access to my area. Throughout the night I kept hearing knocking sounds and steps and at first I thought it was my kids. I got up twice and they were sleeping. The house and pictures posted for the house were exactly how its online I just did not see where it clarified that they had two other apartments divided into the house.This was not an “entire house” booking as I thought. you can hear the airplane every time they pass by, but that did not bother me. The whole set up for the lights and fans were confusing. I guess this was an OK stay if you are going to travel out the next day.

House near airport
House was nice but the planes flying in didnt let us sleep much. I guess if u are use to it but boy we were not! The house had people staying in the back house and tgey didnt let us sleep much either. But over all the house was great and the host was beautiful person. Wish there was coffee in the house we had to stwp out early to get some.

Good for a quick stopover
The home was extremely clean and worked out fine for us as we needed a quick one night stay before flying out the next morning.Check in was easy and the neighborhood felt very safe.As listed, the home is very close to the airport, and we were warned that the airplanes could be heard flying over head. It was much louder than we expected and there were a few flights every hour starting at 3 in the morning.The master bed was very comfortable, but the bunk bed the kids slept on creaked loudly every time they moved.Nice A/C units and ceiling fans in every room kept the place nice and cool.Kitchen and bathroom were well stocked with plenty of towels and toilet paper/toiletries.As listed there is no washer/dryer so would not have been ideal for a longer stay.

The property was very nice however it was dusty and dirty. Almost every tea cup we picked up to drink water had remnants of coffee or chocolate tea. At night we heard weird and crazy noises that I felt I could’ve been debriefed on but other than it it was good. The owner was nice to speak with and understanding

Perfect home near airport
We stayed for 2 nights and wanted to be in San Juan near the airport. The house was super clean, AC was very cold, and water pressure was strong!! Iris was very responsive to my questions. Neighborhood is a working class and anyone we met was very nice and it’s a quiet area. All in all it was exactly as described and we would stay again.

Perfect stay for overnight layover
This property suited us perfectly for our short stay- it was very clean, secure and private. We appreciated the fans and AC during the very hot humid weekend we were there! Would definitely recommend this rental.
