“Fabulous and expansive ocean and beach experience, swimming in calm water was amazingly relaxing. Hotel design, grounds, room attention to detail was exceptional! Open air lobby, bar, common area design, but well worth it. Restaurants, cafe, and hotel rooms do have air conditioning.”

“I like the hotel very convenient location but the only downside you have to go across the street to park and if the elevator is not working you have go down a lot of stairs, another downside is the breakfast, they tell you have a credit they will apply it at check out and then at the end of you trip they don’t give u the credits they promised.”

“Good place to avoid all the issues traveling from the other place, I stayed there and in the morning with no stress, I went to the airline.”

“The staff was friendly and helpful! I gave cleanliness a 4 because I could tell my room was not mopped after the last guest. There were some stains on the floor that I cleaned with a wet towel. I would stay here again though. Everything else was great!”

“The room was clean. My only issue it was cold even when the air conditioner was turned off. The staff were nice and friendly. The pool is beautiful. I just wish guests would clean up after themselves with leaving garbage near the pool area.”

“Had an amazing stay at La Concha Resort! Our room had an incredible ocean view right on Condado Beach — woke up to that view every morning and it never got old. The location is unbeatable, just steps from the beach and walking distance to great restaurants and nightlife. The iconic shell-shaped lobby/lounge area is such a cool touch and a great spot to grab a drink at sunset. Staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
