“Bellissima esperienza in questo luogo particolare. Gli spazi comuni sono accoglienti e luminosi, ovunque grande attenzione alla pulizia. La posizione è particolare ma strategica. La stanza era ampia e pulita, unico difetto: non molto silenziosa sia per i rumori che arrivavano dall’esterno, sia per l’impianto di climatizzazione. Consigliato comunque! ”

“We hosted all of our adult children and their spouses, 8 of us total. Each room has a private bathroom! Huge plus with an all adult group. The back patio was stunningly beautiful. Backed up to a small area of the harbor. Private dock. Fire pit and hot tub got lots of use! 15 minutes to Huntington and Seal beach. WiFi was a bit slow at times, but for the most part was ok. “The property is very large as advertised. The pool was dirty and not heated. The owner charges extra to heat the pool. The owner is slow to respond to concerns and seemed disinterested in making things right. No garage opener so you are running in and out to close the garage door and lock up to leave. There’s a large black mesh fence directly in front of the pool which takes away from the aesthetics’s and is not in the listing photo. Only a few towels to use for three bathrooms and a pool. “My family and I stayed in Long Beach as we had booked events in LA, along with Anaheim. This location was great as it was halfway between. Also, the area has lots of shopping, close to the pier and beach (walking distance).My boys are older so while the unit only has 2 queen beds, there are a couple of blow up mattresses that can fit in the second room.The hot tub and gym are amazing and not busy.
