Villa Stella Di Mare - una lussuosa villa sulla spiaggia

Immagina una passeggiata mattutina lungo una spiaggia deserta. Un pigro pomeriggio passato a fare un pisolino su un'amaca all'ombra delle palme. Pesca, snorkeling, immersioni e raccolta di conchiglie proprio fuori dalla porta di casa. Cena con aragosta fresca di mare. Andare a letto con le finestre aperte e addormentarsi al suono delle onde che lambiscono delicatamente la riva.

La Stella Di Mare Villa si trova in una posizione balneare naturale su oltre due acri di spiaggia di sabbia bianca con vista sull'oceano tra fiori tropicali e lussureggianti palme. Situato direttamente sul lungomare con una delle migliori barriere coralline del mondo in bella vista, Stella Di Mare offre un'ottima privacy. La Villa si trova a pochi passi da ristoranti informali e raffinati e da un resort a servizio completo con un negozio di immersioni PADI a cinque stelle e un servizio di escursioni.

Sì, Stella Di Mare è davvero una "stella del mare". Immaginare... Stella Di Mare è una lussuosa villa privata con quattro camere da letto, tre bagni, situata sulla Ambergris Caye, quattro miglia e mezzo a nord di San Pedro Town. Offre viste memorabili, privacy e convenienza senza pari, oltre a viste mozzafiato sull'oceano e sulla laguna a 360 gradi dalla veranda al terzo piano con un grande palapa e una vasca idromassaggio. Abbiamo aggiunto una bellissima piscina privata personalizzata con bordo a sfioro che si affaccia sull'oceano! E ora con accesso wireless a Internet!

Il secondo piano dispone di due master suite con bagno privato e aria condizionata oltre a zona giorno colorata e veranda fuori porta. Al piano inferiore, godetevi la cucina completa con armadi personalizzati in mogano, bar per la colazione, area family room e veranda fuori porta, più altre due camere da letto con aria condizionata e un bagno completo. Tutte le camere sono dotate di ventilatori a soffitto. La villa è splendidamente decorata con legni duri del Belize, piastrelle dipinte a mano su misura e dettagli da tutto il mondo ed è completamente attrezzata. Otto posti letto.

Family Vaca
We stayed in this home for our family vacation. This year's trip was to Belize. The first time for any of us being there. Randy was super responsive and very helpful as I had a lot of questions prior to booking and before we left on vacation.The house and the setting is absolutely beautiful. The pool, the palm trees, the ocean, it's just beautiful. It's about a 15 minute ride to San Pedro and just about the same the secret beach. It's a great location. Inside the home is dated. Dark wood and a little dreary inside. Beds were comfortable. The house was very clean. The house could use a few bowls and a few food storage containers. Other than that we had everything and all the comforts. Victor and Naomi are wonderful, wonderful people. They were both very helpful and Nice people. Good people. They could not have been more helpful. It was great to meet them. They did a great job caring for us in the house! Thanks for helping to make our trip to Belize super special.

Amazing!!!
Not sure where to start. This place was beautiful. The house itself has a gorgeous pool with spectacular views. The caretaker Victor and his wife are the most amazing and accommodating people. Anything we needed from all day boat adventure to massages by the pool they made it happen. We had 8 adults in our group and everyone absolutely enjoyed their stay. I would recommend this place and can't wait to return. needed

Beautiful house and grounds
Listing is accurate - the house and grounds are beautiful and the caretakers are lovely. Victor picked and cut up fresh coconuts for my daughter. The pool is wonderful. Unfortunately, like so much of the Caribbean now, the beach and water were full of sargassum. They did their best to try to keep the beach clean, but you can’t really fight it.

A week in paradise
6 adult family members just spent a week at this villa, and it was nothing short of perfect! The house is exactly as pictured and there were no hidden surprises. The pool is beautiful, the grounds around the house are very well kept, the kitchen has just about everything you could need, the AC works well and the beds are extremely comfortable. Getting picked up at the end of the dock for excursions was fantastic! Randy’s quick re ply to any questions we had, was much appreciated as well. Lastly, the property caretakers, Victor and Naomi are absolutely the kindest people I have ever met. They go above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. Highly recommend this villa!

Family vacation in San Pedro
Our family of 7 fit very comfortably in this luxurious beachfront property. We loved our stay and our hosts were fantastic. Victor and Neomi made sure our every need was.met and referred us to.our excursionist. Loved everything about our stay.the house is approximately 15-20 mins north of town, which meant we spent more time by the pool. Highly recommend staying here!

Stella Di Mare was perfect for our family trip! Before I even booked Randy answered all my questions quickly and gave suggestions for excursions and tours to book. Our airport transportation to/from went smoothly even with flight delays. When we arrived Victor and Noemi welcomed us and really made us feel at home. Location was perfect - quiet And relaxing, but easy golf cart ride to restaurants, town and Secret Beach. Noemi made Christmas Day extra special for our family and Victor taught us about different coconuts on property. House perfect for our family with teens as we all enjoyed pool, hot tub. paddle boarding and fishing off the dock.

We loved staying at Stella di Mare!! Victor and Naomi were welcoming and kind. Beautiful view of the water. Hot tub was so nice. Highly recommend having Sarita at Caribbean Cooking Creations bring food to your rental. It was 60 USD per person and a lot of food!

Beautiful Paradise
This house is just perfect. Every detail has been thought out- down to beach toys for the kids, kayaks and paddle boards that are always available, even an outdoor faucet to rinse sandy feet, and a clothesline to hang you wet snorkel gear and beach towels. Victor and Naomi are the most gracious and helpful hosts. This is our third trip to Ambergris Caye and our favorite house by far! We will be back!

Just what we needed!!!
This property was awesome! Pics just as it is. Pool area perfect to chill during the day. Beautiful Trees. On a clear night head to the rooftop and turn off the lights. Insane stars! Restaurants recommend Capricorn Truck stop & Maxies. Had a private boat day where they picked us right from the dock. Private boat with enough people is cheaper than a regular excursion. Who we used marcoastbelize at gmail.com

Lovely home and beautiful view
We had a fabulous time at Stella Di Mare. Naomi and Victor are amazing and took such great care of us. It was a perfect place for our family to relax and enjoy. We liked the location away from San Pedro and close enough to great bars and restaurants without having to go into town. We sat looking at the water each morning while drinking our coffee and enjoying breakfast burritos we got from the local vendor that rides his bike by each day. Be sure to have your golf carts arranged with them as well so easy and cheap. Thanks for a great stay

Absolutely wonderful! So peaceful and so beautiful!
From the moment we booked Stella Di Mare it was the easiest VRBO ever! Randy, the owner, Victor and Naomi the caretakers were absolutely lovely every step of the way! And of course, the home was beautiful and in the most stunning setting… What a wonderful vacation… The insane amount of fishing, my husband and children did and the snorkeling and scuba diving we all did was incredible! The pool is AMAZING! So relaxing. We will definitely go back… we haven’t been gone for more than 48 hours and we miss it already!

Awesome Ambergris Caye
Our family of five had a wonderful time at Stella di Mare. The house was as described and immaculate(!), the pool enormous and one of the best we’ve ever rented, the communications with the owner speedy, reliable and thorough, and the onsite caretakers very accommodating and informative. The location was just far enough from the busy “city” of San Pedro, but not so far north to be inconvenient. The view from the property is breathtaking, just everything you would hope for on a tropical island. Thank you!!

Great place
The house was great for our family of 5. Right on the water with great view of the sunrise in the morning. The pool and hot tub were great for relaxing. We booked an excursion and they picked us up at our dock which was great. Location was great if you don’t want to be in town but located about halfway between town and Secret beach. Easy to get to both by golf cart. There was a guy that stops by in the morning that sells breakfast tacos which were great. The property caretaker is awesome and very helpful. The owner was quick to respond to any inquiries. We would definitely book again.

Perfect property for Families
Coudnlt have been a better stay. First, the communication with the property owner was great. AnytimeI had a question leading up to my trip he was always receptive and helpful. Last, but not least, I cant say enough great things about Victor, (the property caretaker). Anything we needed , at anytime, was always taken care of by Victor and his wife. If time allowed I would go back just to see them again. The property was great. It was off the main road so it was very quiet and private. Kids always had something to do during the day with the large property, bean bags, pool, volleyball, beach front, etc. Sad to be back home.

We had an amazing stay here for Christmas 2023 ! Randy the owner was very helpful and responsive and the house managers who live on site were the most wonderful people - Victor & Noami ❤️ they made sure we had everything we needed and even had a friend come by each morning with home-made burritos. The people in Belize were very welcoming and we made memories to last a lifetime. House and property are gorgeous and look just like the pictures !!! We will be back !

Family Honeymoon Stay
Beautiful well cared for property. The pool was perfect and we loved the hot tub on the roof as well. Very quiet, peaceful area. Enjoyed eating at the many local places such as Sol Cafe, Tipsey Lobster, the swim up bar just 3 doors down. Our care taker Victor and his wife for stellar, always available and willing to answer any questions! For some of us this was our 4th trip to San Pedro, and we will be back!

Great beach house!
Our group of 6 friends loved our stay at Stella Di Mare! First and foremost, Victor and Naomi, the caretakers, made us feel at home, not just in a rental house. I can not praise them enough, truly caring and wonderful people, with some great stories! The house is as advertised, it actually looks like the photos! Perfect size for our group, with room to spare. We liked the location, close enough to town for bars and restaurants, but private enough if you want to escape the hustle and bustle of San Pedro. The owner, Randy, was quick to respond to our abundant (haha) questions. Definitely have Victor arrange golf cart rental for you. The price was lower than what we saw in town and they were delivered to the house and waiting when we arrived.
