“This unit was beautiful & had everything we needed. We appreciated/read the books and games on site, along with beach towels. The property was a short walk out to the beautiful beach or pool area. We used the grills one evening to eat in & loved that convenience. It was super easy to communicate with the rental company and they were very helpful. The restaurants on Captiva were great:Green Flash and Mucky Duck were our favorites.”

“We like the property but felt it was too far from several of our favorite restaurants. The area has been working hard too get back to normal. Traffic was bad due to construction work but it an be avoided. Overall it is still a great place to go to get out of the winter weather in Iowa. ”

“Sanibel Island was totally destroyed by a hurricane 2 weeks before our vacation there..We are still waiting for our refund from you guys and Dreams Vacation Co That would be the right thing for you guys to do..please refund our money.”

“First of all we were disappointed on entering the house as the photos were inaccurate. Instead of light and bright colours and furnishings in the living room, the sofas were darker and uncomfortable. I appreciate there’s been a hurricane but the house could do with some tlc. The dishwasher didn’t clean well, the blinds were broken, the valances on some beds were badly torn, carpets could do with a clean etc. upstairs shower in double room wasn’t very good, however, beach towels and bathroom...

“Lovely layout in this home with its 4 king sized bedrooms (plus a comfortable den with trundle bed). The house was thoughtfully designed, from the lower level poolside lounging area, to the beautifully decorated main living area with updated fully equipped kitchen and separate large dining room, and up to the third level gorgeous master bedroom plus two more bedrooms all with private bathrooms. “The location was perfect, so close to beach and on marina. Could wake up, go on porch and listen and see manatees. The condo complex was quiet and everyone was kind.
