“Dave's place is great. Right on the beach, parking right out front and handy to get anywhere on the Island. Ground level and going out the back door to the beach is sweet. We hit the polar vortex week so it was chilly, but still a great stay and glad to have such a great place to hang out. Thanks Dave (and thanks for the heads up on our car!) D-”

“My family of 4 really loved it! We have a 13 and 18 year old and they were both happy in the house, plenty of space and plenty to do. We also really like staying in Sunset Captiva. Pool was very nice, and warm! Very nice pickle ball courts, and of course the beach! Captiva”

“The things we loved: The proximity to the beach, how uncrowded the beach was, the heated swimming pool, the shells on the beach, the rooftop area, the other people that we met by the swimming pool, who were staying in the same building...everyone delightful! The things that could be improved: We would have loved to have been warned about the "no-see-ums" insects. It would have been nice to have a spray bottle so we could spray alcohol and water or some repellent on the porch screens, and maybe...
