Chalet with ski-in & ski-out location & terrace

Accommodation description:
This cosy 2013 Tyrolean chalet is perfectly located, 100 metres from ski lift and slopes, truly ski-in/ski-out. Modern interior with an open kitchen, large dining table and atmospheric details. Bedrooms have box-spring beds, 2 modern bathrooms with walk-in rain showers. Downstairs there is ski storage with shoe warmers for after skiing or hiking
Surrounding the chalet is a decked terrace with wooden garden furniture. Here you can enjoy a magazine in the Austrian sun in summer! There is plenty of parking space near the chalet. So if you are looking for a lovely holiday home for several families or large groups of friends, you have now found it! The restaurants are already 300 metres from the chalet, so if you don't feel like cooking, enjoy the Austrian delicacies and cosiness here!

Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine

Great location
Had a great ski holiday. Chalet was cosy, clean and comfortable. Location was great for St. Johann ski slopes and only a 15-20 minute drive to Kitzbuhel ski resort. Plenty to do and see.

Family fun in Sankt Johann
6 adults and a three year old stayed comfortably in the Chalet. So easy to get to the gondola and the ski rental place that were located across the street. Definitely a ski-in ski-out accommodation. Checking in was easy. Having a check-out at 8 am was tough, but they were nice enough to allow us an additional hour to pack out. Our second time staying in Sankt Johann. Lots to do, wonderful town.

Schöner Urlaub
Ferienhaus war sehr schön, die Sauberkeit war allerdings ausbaufähig besonders an Stellen, die nicht direkt sichtbar sind. Alte Socken unterm Bett zum Beispiel. Ansonsten aber wirklich sehr schön,gut ausgestattete Küche, tolle Terrasse mit Grill, schöne Zimmer und Bäder, wir würden wieder buchen

Reklamation
Die Besitzerin war am ersten Tag da und hat uns mitgeteilt, dass die Spülmaschine nicht funktioniert. Für jeden Tag an dem sie nicht funktioniert bekämen wir 10 Prozent wieder. Die Spülmaschine ging bis zum Abreise nicht. Desweiteren muss man sagen, dass Sauberkeit was anderes heißt. Es waren Spaghettireste am Boden unter der Couch Legosteine, unter den Teppichen sehr viel dreck. Die Fenster, naja mit scheinbar schmutzigen Wasser geputzt so verschmiert wenn die Sonne rein schien. Ein ganz großes Problem ist die Einfahrt. Mein Auto, normale B Klasse, nicht tiefergelegt etc. Sind wir so aufgesetzt (mehrmals beim probieren ordentlich rein bzw. raus zukommen), dass mein Auto sogar ausging. bitte geben Sie mir Bescheid, wie wir das mit der Rücküberweisung machen. Ansonsten ist es ein sehr tolles Haus. Mit freundlichen Grüßen Arnfried Rauschert

Tolles Ferienhaus
Sehr tolles Haus, etwas klein aber ausreichend. Als störend wurde die viel befahrene Straße empfunden. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden inklusive einem super Grill. Jedes Doppel- Schlafzimmer hat einen Fernseher und die Dusche im Obergeschoss ist einfach Klasse!
