“Excellent hotel in Santa Cruz de Tenerife. Good position, quiet but close to the center. Staff was kind and prepared. The services are very good. Amazing gym. Great pool and pool area. Room was spacious and comfortable, with a small balcony and a big bathroom. Recommended.”

“We had a great stay in this modern, clean apartment. The grocery store right below was very convenient too. The only negative was that while the staff did eventually fulfill the couple requests that we had, we found that we had to be very patient. Eg: more than 24 hours to get a couple extra towels for the pool. That was the only issue though and overall we really enjoyed our stay. ”

“After all I had a good experience. My only complaint is that there was no drying rack in the room. So I had to put my jogging clothes hanging on lamps or whatever I could hang them. Room was ok, bed was comfy. Thank you.”
