Escape to our stunning 3-story beach house boasting breathtaking Gulf views and luxurious amenities! With 6 bedrooms and 6 full bathrooms, this spacious retreat comfortably accommodates up to 14 guests, making it perfect for family vacations or group getaways.

Step inside and be greeted by a gourmet kitchen equipped to handle any culinary creation. Gather in the open living spaces, perfect for relaxation and entertainment, or head out to your private oasis. Enjoy a refreshing dip in your own private dipping pool, unwind on the patio, or simply soak up the sun while taking in the panoramic Gulf views.

Beach access is just across the street, allowing you to easily sink your toes in the sand and enjoy the emerald waters of 30A

Found on the highly desirable West End of 30A, Sweet Melissa is a short bike ride to Gulf Place Town Center and several popular restaurants and shops. Sweet Melissa is also directly across 30A from 1500+ feet of public beach!

Interaction with Guests:

Parking:
• Parking for 5 Vehicles
• No Boats, Trailers, or U-Hauls are permitted.

House Rules:
• No smoking
• No Pets- No Exceptions
• No parties or events
• Must be 25 or older and staying at the property for the entire stay.
• The primary guest is required to sign the Kismet Properties Renter’s Agreement
• The Primary guest is required to upload a copy of their photo ID.

Check-in: 4:00 PM Check-out: 10:00 AM

CANCELATION POLICY:
Guest receives 100% (less $250.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 60 days before arrival; Guest receives 50% (less $250.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 30 days before arrival; No refunds within 30 days of arrival.

Mom's 90th Birthday Celebration
The house is situated right across the street from one of only a few public beach access areas along the strip. The beaches are spectacular throughout the entire area are clean, with crystal white sand and clear waters, although it was cold for people like us from South Florida. The house itself looks brand new, from the kitchenware to the bathrooms, the fixtures and the overall details of the home. It is truly a nice place for family memories, and we took advantage of that to the fullest. The property manager made sure that everything was in order and made herself available if needed, which we only inquired about the combinations to the bicycles. Overall a great place to stay.
