Confortevole villa in stile Ibicencal con 3 camere da letto situata sulla seconda linea del mare in una tranquilla zona residenziale di Cala Egos. La situazione è idealmente, vicino alle spiagge di Cala Egos e Calo des Pou, i negozi e i ristoranti sono a breve distanza a piedi dalla villa.
Il porto turistico di Cala d'Or è uno dei porti turistici più eleganti dell'isola di Maiorca ed è raggiungibile a piedi dalla villa in circa 20 minuti.

La villa è distribuita su 2 piani, al piano terra troviamo un accogliente soggiorno con un comodo divano e TV satellitare, una sala da pranzo con tavolo e sedie per 6 persone, 2 camere matrimoniali con letto king size con armadi a muro, un bagno con doccia completamente rinnovato e una cucina pratica e funzionale anch'essa recentemente rinnovata.

Una scala esterna conduce alla grande terrazza sul tetto, con vista parziale sul mare e anche la terza camera da letto con letto matrimoniale e un bagno con doccia.

La villa è molto ben attrezzata, con aria condizionata in tutte le camere, WiFi, TV satellitare, cucina, frigorifero, forno a microonde, macchina per il caffè, bollitore e lavatrice. La cucina offre tutti gli utensili e le stoviglie per tutti gli ospiti.

All'esterno, nella terrazza privata, ci sono due portici con tavoli e sedie da pranzo all'aperto. Intorno alla piscina ci sono lettini e mobili da giardino con ombrelloni per fornire ombra.

La dimensione della piscina privata è di 8 X 3 circa.

Excellent location to explore Mallorca
Great property and they provided immediate attention to a small heating issue on unseasonably cool days. We explored the entire island from here with a rental car and see there is a great bus schedule if you aren’t up for driving. Very comfortable accommodation with a well equipped kitchen. We loved the second floor bedroom and ensuite for added privacy and great views of the surf pounding the shore. Thanks for a great stay! The Boyce Family!!

A lovely stay
The villa is lovely, with a great outside area. When we arrived we couldn't figure out the lock box for the keys, you had to press a button on both sides of the box and one side faced the wall so we could not see it. We called the office and they had someone round to help us within 10 minutes, what amazing service. The staff were great and the location was brilliant for a quiet holiday with easy walking access to a huge range of wonderful restaurants.

Super Lage, Blick aufs Meer direkt von der Dachterasse. Schöne Aufteilung, alles super! Wenn man selber kochen möchte, sind jedoch wenig Ressourcen vorhanden. Diese lassen sich aber im fußläufig erreichbarem Supermarkt besorgen.

Lovely little Villa in a good location
A nice small Villa, in a really convenient location close to local bars, restaurants and shops. Not too far to get into Cala d'or either. The Villa itself has all you need for your stay, and we had no real complaints. The only small downsides are that the Aircon is in the bedrooms only, so the main living space of the house can become quite hot, and that, like others have stated in reviews, the pool area and pool itself can get a little dirty with dust. These were only minor things for us, and overall we had a fantastic time.

Nettes Haus in guter Lage
Die Wohnung war sauber und ordentlich, es war alles vorhanden was man braucht, Handtücher waren reichlich vorhanden, die Bettwäsche war gut und die Betten bequem. Die Küche war mit allem ausgestattet was wir brauchten. Im Aussenbereich ist immer ein schattiges plätzchen zu finden, der Poll wir regelmäßig gepflegt, die Liegen waren angenehm. Auf der Dachtereasse hat man einen super Ausblick. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es im Ort reichlich Möglichkeiten Essen und trinken zu gehen. Der Jachthafen ist wunderschön. Die Mittarbeiter der Argentur sind sehr Nett und sehr hilfsbereit. Alles in allem hat es uns sehr gut gefallen.

Wir werden wiederkommen!
Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Alles war sauber und gepflegt, die Kommunikation war angenehm, das Haus verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer, jedes mit einem eigenen Fernseher und Klimaanlage. Im Wohnzimmer befindet sich ein weiterer Fernseher. Auf jeder Etage ist ein Bad, eines mit bodentiefer Dusche und eines mit Badewanne.

Traumurlaub in traumhaften Chalet
Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen und waren positiv überrascht von dem kleinen Chalet, es ist freistehend mit Garten darum herum und privatem Pool! Von der Dachterasse aus hat man Meerblick und man kann durch den Hintereingang direkt zum Meer gelangen. Das Chalet ist sehr ruhig gelegen und man kann zu Fuß Einkäufe erledigen und essen gehen, und natürlich zum Strand! Das Chalet ist frisch renoviert und geschmackvoll möbliert. Die Küche bietet alles was man so zum Kochen und backen braucht, Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, und wollen im Sommer auf jeden Fall wieder kommen!

Schnuckeliges Ferienhaus mit Feuchtigkeitsproblem
Als Familie mit zwei Kindern (8 und 12) hatten wir Anfang Oktober eine schöne Zeit in dem Ferienhaus. Da wir wissen, welche Größe ein Weitwinkel-Objektiv auf Fotos zaubern kann, war uns vorher klar, dass es ein eher kompaktes Gebäude ist, aber für uns vier ausreichend sein würde. Auch die gesamte Ausstattung war knapp, aber für uns genügend vorhanden. Was fehlte konnten wir entspannt im nahen Einkaufszentrum besorgen. Grundstück und Pool sind gepflegt und in einem guten Zustand. Das Wasser im Pool war einwandfrei. Ein Highlight ist die Dachterrasse mit schönem Meerblick und dem schönen dritten Schlafzimmer mit Bad. Die Kommunikation mit der Verwaltung war reibungslos und freundlich. Es gab immer sofort Antworten und Reaktionen auf unsere Anfragen. Wir hatten in den zehn Tagen drei stärkere Regenfälle und können andere Bewertungen bestätigen, dass auch bei uns jedes Mal die Decke im Bad so nass wurde, dass es sogar herunter tropfte. Am Pellet-Ofen im Wohnzimmer bildet sich außerdem eine größere Pfütze. Für uns kein größeres Problem, aber das wird dem Haus sicher nicht guttun, wenn hier keine Abhilfe geschaffen wird. Erwähnenswert ist auch der Geruch, den wir in den beiden unteren Schlafzimmern wahrgenommen und gemeldet haben. Die Verwaltung hat uns daraufhin umgehend die Klimaanlage aktiviert. Nach viel Lüften und in der übrigen Zeit dauerhaftem Einsatz der Klimaanlage war für uns immerhin das vordere Schlafzimmer nutzbar. Im hinteren roch es unserer Meinung nach weiterhin nach Schimmel, so dass wir dieses lieber nicht genutzt haben. Da wir nur zu viert waren, war das auch kein Problem. Wir gehen davon aus, dass die Besitzer des Hauses ein Interesse daran haben, das Feuchtigkeits- und Geruchsproblem nachhaltig zu beheben, denn ansonsten werden sie keine lange Freude mehr an dem Haus haben. Dann kommen wir gerne wieder und bringen unsere neuen Zahnputzbecher und Küchentücher wieder mit.

Small beautiful finca for a dream vacation
We found this small finca clean and exactly as described. This accommodation offers the perfect starting point for exploring the beautiful bays of Cala Dor. With small children the bedrooms are a bit small, but the finca offers enough space for 6adults. The service office is easy to reach and is always helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much and will be happy to come back.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft
Die Unterkunft ist wirklich sehr schön und funktional. Einziges Manko - bei starkem Regen kommt Wasser beim Ofen rein und über die Decke im Bad im EG. Ansonsten hatten wir einen super Aufenthalt und würden jederzeit wieder kommen :)

We don't mind maybe 1 or 2 issues when renting a holiday property but there were far too many at this one. No pool for 2 days as filter doesn't work (have photos of dirt all on bottom of pool and all over steps) No hot water for 2 days due to technical issue Safe was unusable even though owners were aware of issue Kitchen photos very misleading. This kitchen is very small not as photos Keys were missing for back door out of kitchen but bought to us by Alex Key to back gate was missing therefore no easy access to coast as per neighbouring properties Bed linen dated In fact property is very tired and in need of complete refurbishment. We should be receiving compensation for a disappointing stay ruined with issues.

Quiet getaway
On the plus side: In a quiet neighbourhood. Close to shops and restaurants. Quick response from property company. Not overlooked. On the downside: Arrived at 10pm to find kitchen flooded, the fridge/freezer had defrosted, no welcome pack not even a bottle of water and shops closed. Could not open kitchen door or outside door onto main road could not open patio doors unless the key was pulled out even then the door would not open unless you lifted it up off its hinges. Woke up to daylight viewing to find pool was disgustingly dirty and covered in green slime not possible to swim in full of sand at the bottom. Clearly the villa had not been checked prior to our arrival. Also aircon in two bedrooms were spraying out water everywhere including over the TV which was below the unit?? . Contacted management company who sent someone out to clean pool and oil locks. Although I could ring the management company what has happened to the days where someone visited and told you how to work everything and where the best beaches and restaurants are? Aircon continued to spray water so specialist company came on the Wednesday to repair. Good service from the management company with prompt response. However on the last night all three aircon units in each bedroom had to be switched off as they blew the main fuse due to water escaping I feel the villa needs a bit of TLC and certainly some new locks on all the doors!!

Great little property that had all we needed for our stay in a good location Shame that the property hadn’t been cleaned when we arrived which was disappointing but spoke to property agent who said they would get sorted asap. We went out to meet friends and it was all done by the time we got back and looked fab.

Haus mit Mängel - Muffelbude !
Zuerst möchte ich erwähnen, dass wir mehrmals im Jahr nach Mallorca gehen und die unterschiedlichsten Häuser und Hotels kennen, aber diese Unterkunft kann ich nicht empfehlen und wir waren leider sehr enttäuscht. Mir sind die guten Bewertungen auch ein Rätsel, entweder haben die Vormieter keinen Anspruch oder kennen nichts besseres was mietbar ist auf Mallorca. Das Haus an sich und der Außenbereich ist schön, Küche und Bäder müssen wohl erst renoviert worden sein, dennoch gibt es ein großes Aber: Im EG und den beiden Schlafzimmern im EG riecht es extrem nach Schimmel und Moder. Man hält es nur mit Klimaanlagen aus. Sobald diese aus ist, kommt wieder der Geruch zum Vorschein. Für mich mit Hausstaubmilbenallergie nicht zum Aushalten. Ich bin morgens mit zugeschwollenen Augen und Atemproblemen aufgewacht, erst wieder an der frischen Luft wurde es besser. Es wurde zunehmend schlimmer sodass wir nach 3 Nächten das Haus freiwillig verlassen haben und in ein Hotel umgezogen sind. Leider ist der Vermieter sehr inkulant und wir haben keinen Cent zurück bekommen, die Kommunikation mit der Verwaltung lief gut. Ich denke dass die Wände vollgesogen sind und man das Problem nicht so einfach beheben kann. Auch die Bettwäsche war nicht wirklich sauber und der Einbaukleiderschrank stank ebenso extrem. Die Kleidung hat nach 3 Tagen den Geruch sehr stark angenommen, was auch sehr ärgerlich war. Man hat sich in den Zimmern einfach sehr unwohl gefühlt, so stellt man sich keinen Urlaub vor. Das 3. DZ ist nur über eine Außen Treppe erreichbar, dieses scheint auch erst kürzlich renoviert worden zu sein und hier stinkt es auch nicht. Die Küche ist spärlich ausgestattet. Besteck reicht für 6 Personen niemals aus, es gibt keine Weingläser, nicht mal eine größere Salatschüssel oder Salatbesteck und nur ein Topf etc. Wir haben dann die fehlenden Dinge im Chinesen Laden gekauft. Mir ist es nicht erklärlich, dass man bei diesen Cent-Beträgen ein Haus nicht ordnungsgemäß ausstatten kann ? Gerade für Leute wie wir, die gerne mit Freunden kochen war es nix. Es muss auch alles gekauft werden, es ist rein gar nichts in der Küche vorhanden, wie Müllbeutel, Spüli, Gewürze, Kaffepads, Essig/Öl etc. Bei unserer Ankunft war der Poll total grün. Wir haben dann die Hotline angerufen und es wurde ein Mitarbeiter geschickt, der den Pool dann in Ordnung gebracht hat. Es ist zu erwähnen, dass die Bilder wohl alle mit Breitwinkelkamera aufgenommen wurden. Die Zimmergröße entspricht nicht
