Nuova villa con piscina privata a pochi passi dal centro / spiaggia

La villa si sviluppa su due piani. Al piano terra c'è una cucina ben arredata con sala da pranzo e salotto adiacenti, una camera da letto e un bagno con doccia. Al piano superiore ci sono due camere da letto, ognuna con uscita sulla terrazza e un bagno. La cucina ha una porta a vetri che conduce ad una terrazza coperta attrezzata con tavolo e sedie per poter gustare un buon cibo all'aperto. La piscina è esclusivamente per gli ospiti. La casa è vicino a tutti i servizi di Cala D'Or e c'è una fermata dell'autobus a 100 metri, quindi un'auto non è davvero necessaria.

Fabulous Villa
This well equipped Villa is in a fabulous quiet location in Cala D'or yet only a5 minute walk down a slight hill to the Marina and 5 minutes in the other direction to the centre with numerous bars and restsurants. A small Spar Supermarket is very convenient and a larger Eroski is anout 10-15 minute walk away. Maria and family were super hosts so friendly and the welcome pack were a lovely touch. The upstairs terrace was perfect for early morning coffe and evening drinks. Would definitely recommend

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich und für den ersten Hunger und Durst war etwas vorbereitet. Das Haus war sauber und es ist alles vorhanden was für einen entspannten Urlaub benötigt wird. Der Pool ist groß und wurde auch bei weniger guten Außentemperaturen gut genutzt. Die Lage ist sehr zentral… in 5 min war man im Geschehen oder am Hafen. Vielen Dank!

Great villa in perfect location
We have just returned from our first stay in this villa. Lovely host Maria who provided some fruit, water and milk on arrival and showed us around villa and provided brief guide on the local area. Spar is 5 mins walk with larger supermarket about 15-20 mins walk. We walked then got a taxi back to the bigger one. I also asked Maria about best transfers prior to our arrival and booked one in her recommendation. Marina is 5 mins one way and town 5 mins the other so best of both worlds. Beds comfy, showers good and enough towels for shower and pool. Air con in all bedrooms was very useful at night. Balcony upstairs is huge with amazing views of marina but remember your mosquito spray if sitting out at night. Very comfortable stay and our teens loved the pool which is very big and salt water. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Thank you Maria for a lovely stay

Amazing Villa
We have just returned home from this beautiful villa. We had and amazing week and it provided everything we needed. The pool was clean and a good size and Villa was perfectly equipped. Too the left you have an array or restaurants and bars and to the right you have a gorgeous harbor. Will defiantly become a staple to book as it’s a perfect getaway. Thanks so much Maria

Gorgeous Villa
This is our third stay at this wonderful villa and we enjoyed it as much as our first two The location could not be better a couple of minutes walk to the town one way and the marina the other way. There is a spa round the corner which has fresh bread and all your essentials. The house is spotless and the outdoor space is lovely and the pool is larger than average. The views from the large upstairs balcony and terrace to the marina are gorgeous Thank you Maria and family for letting us stay again.

Family Holiday
This is a besutiful property that very comfortably accommodated 4 adults and 2 small children. The host was lovely and provided us with small baby items and did everything to ensure that we had what we needed. On arrival she had left us some milk, fresh fruit and vegetables. The location is ideal as its a short walk to the town centre or the Marina. Plenty of shops and restaurants. The pool is salt water and was great for our 3 year old. Its located in a peaceful area and so was a lovely family holiday for us. I would highly recommend!

Gorgeous Villa and great location
The villa was a perfect location. 5 minute walk to Cala d’or and 5 minute walk to the harbour. Extremely clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The beds were comfy and the pool was great. We had plenty of towels and a lovely welcome back when we arrived with fresh fruit and eggs. Will be back next year!

Tolles Haus in bester Lage
Das Haus liegt direkt zwischen Yachthafen (200 m) mit wunderbaren Restaurants und der Innenstadt (200 m in die andere Richtung) - besser kann man es kaum haben. Einzig störend (aber natürlich mit der zentralen Lage einhergehend) ist ein wahrnehmbarer Straßenverkehr - nacht ist es aber nicht der Rede wert. Das ganze Haus ist großzügig mit einem tollen Pool (der mit ca. 10 m Länge und 2 m Tiefe auch tatsächlich schwimmtauglich ist. Das tollste Haus, das wir auf Mallorca je gemietet haben!

Fabulous location and villa
We had a fantastic holiday. The pool was lovely and villa very comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. Maria left milk, eggs, water, fruit and vegetables which was so helpful as we had a late night arrival. Maria was very helpful and kept in touch and was easy to contact. The villa's location is excellent - 10 minutes walk to marina or main town where there are lots of restaurants. We didn't hire a car and had an easy taxi ride from airport to villa (set prices from the airport). The local supermarket is just 5 minutes walk from the villa which had everything we needed and the bus stop is nearby where you can take the bus either along the coast or to the Santanyi market. We also hired a boat (no license required) and visited the beaches around Cala D'or which was great fun and an easy way to visit all the coves. We would definitely love to come and stay again.

Great location
Very spacious property, which the photographs don't give it credit. Maria is the owner and she is fantastic, nothing is the problem. 200m to the restaurants in the marina and 150m to the bars and restaurants in the Town. You actually overlook the marina. Large pool and gardens with plenty room to sunbathe. Overall fantastic, even though the house and pool furniture would benefit from and upgrade, but that didn't spoil a great holiday one bit. Thank you Maria and your family for a great holiday

Beautiful villa, beautiful location.
Thank you Maria for your help whilst booking the villa, and also during our stay in such difficult times. The villa was beyond our expectations, so clean, tidy and very spacious. Our family had a fantastic holiday. Spoilt for choice which way to head out, with the marina a few minutes one way and the town centre a few minutes the other way. Fabulous days spent in the villa, with a fully equipped kitchen and wonderful family sized swimming pool. The only bad point was, that we had to leave at the end of our holiday. Thank you again.

Sehr schöne Finka mit netter Gastgeberin
Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenhalt in Cala d'Or. Die Finka liegt direkt am Yachthafen. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar. Die Finka ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Sollte etwas fehlen oder Fragen aufkommen ist die Gastgeberin Maria jederzeit erreichbar. Danke für die tolle Zeit. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Alles bestens!
Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem großen, sehr sauberen Haus. Das absolute Highlight war der große Pool. Die Lage des Hauses ist ebenfalls perfekt, Zentrum, Strand und Hafen sind sehr gut fußläufig zu erreichen. Der Kontakt mit Maria war sehr freundlich und zuverlässig. Sie hat auf alle Fragen schnell reagiert. Vielen Dank dafür. Wir können die Villa sehr empfehlen.

Great stay
A very clean and well presented property in a wonderful location to enjoy all that Cala D'or has to offer without the need to use a car. In particular the swimming pool was beautifully clean and of a good size for a proper swim.

Geräumiges Haus mit großem Pool
Wir waren eine Woche mit drei Generationen in diesem wunderschönen großen Haus. Die beiden Terrassen waren mit Gartenmöbeln gemütlich ausgestattet, die Tischtennisplatte war super, Bälle und TT-Schläger sind vorhanden. Der sehr funktionale Holzkohlegrill war ein wichtiges Equipment für unser gemeinsames Kochen und Essen. Die defekte Kaffeemaschine wurde umgehend ersetzt. Maria und ihre Familie hat uns herzlich empfangen und die Hand- und Pooltücher nach drei Tagen ausgetauscht. Unsere Urlaubswoche war erholsam und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage direkt am Hafen ist schön für einen Abendspaziergang mit Eis, bringt aber mit sich, dass tagsüber der Autoverkehr zu hören ist.

Another great stay in this villa. Hopefully we’ll be back soon.
This villa is in a good location for the town, harbour and beach. It’s very clean and comfortable. Maria and her family are always on hand if you need help. We had trouble with our car hire at the airport when we arrived and were late getting to the villa. We informed Maria and explained we were worried that the restaurants would be closed and our children hadn’t eaten. She offered to go out and get us all pizzas and a much needed bottle of red wine for when we arrived. Hopefully, we’ll be back again soon.

Greeted by Maria and her Mum, Maria showed us around the villa and explained all we needed to know she was very helpful. It is situated near everything you need for a good holiday the villa was very clean and the pool and outdoor areas are excellent. Thank you Maria and you family
