It was dark ans we watched everyone pulling out their boats and jet skis. No one ever asked us why we were there. “The place is not what they said it was. The boats are not clean. No working kitchen or bathroom. In my opinion very sketchy to say the least. Do not book you will be very disappointed.. The local law enforcement is looking to talk to the owner. That is what a local sheriff’s deputy had said to us. What a joke! Don’t do it.”

“A great adventure for a couple. Centrally located to all major attractions in Sarasota and just minutes from SRQ airport. Home is practically brand new and reminds us of our boating adventures. Make sure to kayak the canals and walk to the sunset beach in the little neighborhood to the west. Tom, the host was super helpful and did a great job in building the water home.
