Very nice apartment, fully equipped, great location on AMI
We had a great Xmas Holiday on AMI !!! Beutiful island, very peaceful and relaxing, fantastic beaches Apartment was really nice, very comfy and clean, ideal solution for families with 1-2 kids; fully equipped for indoor and outdoor life. Nice patio in the back, with sunbeds and BBQ, laundry room with washing and drying machines (very useful!) Beach stuff also provided (chairs, umbrella, ice-box, kids toys ), including a cart to carry everithing easily on the beach. Whatever needed was available ! Perfect location, few steps from many restaurants and bars; just a short walk from Bridge Street and fishing pier (nice catch at sunrise and sunset time!! ) Great beaches all around, Bradenton beach just across the road, Coquina beach (our favourite) 1 mile South, free parking. Anna Maria Island , we loved it !!! Marco, Italy

Great spot if you want to be close to the beach !
This was our third time staying with Salty living and everything was great , the only thing was the floor hadn’t been mopped or swept and you could feel dirt if you walked barefoot, the grill was hard to light and if you don’t have a match it’s near impossible ! Not a big deal to us though . Mike will always make things right for you . After three times I guess this is officially our spot ( ha ha ! )

An excellent beach house

Best beach getaway
Just finished up a short stay at this condo and can't say enough great things about it! My husband and I came for our first visit to Anna Maria Island and it won't be our last. This condo is right in the heart of Bradenton and a perfect location for the beach, restaurants, and much more. It is exactly as pictured. So many great things were included, like the beach wagon, umbrella, chairs, towels, cooler, etc. It made life so easy for us since we flew down. Don't hesitate... Book this unit and you'll be in love!

Perfect Stay
Property was as advertised. Perfect location with 2 minute walk to the beach. Close to resteraunts, shops and free trolley. Communication with Mike was great , check in a breeze. The unit was cozy and clean, everything you need is here. It was a perfect stay. Got to meet Mike in person and ge was very polite and sincere checking on us. Cant go wrong with this place.

Amazing stay
The property is perfect! Came for 5 days with my mother and have absolutely no complaints. Location is close to everything, villa was clean and had everything you could think of. The free trolly is such a great service, definitely no rental car needed at this location. Mike was excellent to communicate with, quick responses and very helpful. Will definitely be back soon! Thank you for helping me make lifetime memories with my mom❤️

Great little apartment, excellent location, host (Captain Mike) is super responsive and accommodating. Loved the beach chairs and towels and patio out back. Will book again if we come back to AMI!

Great spot for a solo trip!
This cozy little apartment was spotless and one of the most well stocked with “essentials” that I’ve stayed in. In fact, after I made my store run, I found much of what I bought (extra paper towels, plastic bags, etc) already in the drawers. Mike is incredibly fast at responding if you have a question- location is good with all you need within walking distance and trolley stops close by if you want to venture out further. Walked across the street for the sunset each night - couldn’t beat the convenience. Might be time for some new pillows is my only feedback 😉

Paradise 🌴 5 stars !!
Location was absolutely fantastic! We did not rent a car … thank goodness ! We could walk or take the free Trolly everywhere. Restaurants were of variety and various price points . We enjoyed morning coffee around the corner, yummy ice cream on the way home from the beach ! The Beach House restaurant across the street was delicious, ocean front dining in the sand Our accommodations were inviting, spacious and clean !!!! Loved the beach wagon , complete with umbrella, chairs, towels etc. Televisions were great , our bed was very comfortable and our linens were spotless . The apartment was tastefully decorated with a “beach” theme . Rear patio was a lovely gathering place to chat . We met Mike by chance , engaged in wonderful conversation about the island . Very friendly, professional, thank you Mike . We hope to return next spring !! Karen & Vince from Pittsburgh

Perfect!
We very much enjoyed our stay at Salty Living, our condo felt spacious for myself, my husband and our two year old. The location was perfect, we were across the street from Bradenton Beach and just blocks from Bridge street. Our condo came with everything we needed to make our trips to the beach smooth and easy. Mike was helpful, gave us great recommendations and even offered a very early check- in. We would definitely stay again!

Perfect for 2
We came to Anna Maria Island to kick off empty nesting. We dropped off our daughter to USF and came for a long weekend. Cute little place perfect for the two of us. King size bed was comfy. It has everything we need. Including a wagon, chairs and umbrella. You won’t even need to pack your beach towels. He has thought of everything. Walked everywhere except to go to Bean Point which I highly recommend. The sunsets were the most beautiful we have ever seen. Our first time and can’t wait to come back.

Amenities are not what are advertised. It’s not right across from the beach. It is a long walk to the beach. There is no beach view.

Super convenient to where we wanted to be
We were there for a special occasion and it was near to a nice restaurant (Beach House-yum!), the beach access was right there, and close to Bridge Street and shopping. The staff were super helpful in helping us retrieve an item we left behind. In all, a perfect little getaway.

Great location except too close to highway. Would have preferred a 2nd story with balcony that existed above us. Overpriced for the 8 day visit. Photos online misrepresented size of space. Property manager Mike was great and responsive. Very clean space.

We had a wonderful stay and the location was perfect. It was within walking distance to everything. I found it was very quiet at night which I wasn't expecting because of the road so near by. The owner was very responsive and very kind. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
