“Thé maddening part of our stay was the front door. One couldn’t comfortably go for a walk and know if the key would work to get back into the building. The scrubbing pads by the sink were disgustingly smelly. The box for Saran Wrap was in the drawer, but, empty. The location was nice - close to downtown and (although we had heard differently) seemed safe. The living room couch was uncomfortable, but, the bed was comfortable and the night hours quiet.”

“Our stay was awesome, we were there celebrating Christmas with my wife’s Mom. The hosts were very quick to respond to any and all of our questions etc.”

“Contactless check in was simple enough and the apartment was very clean The host was very quick to respond to any questions we had and allowed an extra guest for no extra charge Downside - the front door was a bit tricky as you had to hold the cylinder to get the key out or it would stay stuck in the lock One of the windows cranks was broken and I had to take the screen out and push it open and use something to prop it open so it stayed open The box shown in the washroom with mouthwash and...

“This is a basement suite and a family lives on top. In the early morning, and during the day, it got quite loud with people walking, and a child running and often crying upstairs. Also, there was no cable tv, only specialty channels. I would have preferred to listen to basic cable with some of the local channels to get local news and interests. This is the first stay where I have not been able to get local channels and networks.”
