“Staff was friendly and checkin was easy. Hotel is quiet and clean. Breakfast was typical but food was not hot and coffee left empty and not refilled the whole time I was eating in the breakfast area. ”

“The staff was outstanding. Kaylissa, Sabrina, and Vince were helpful, friendly and professional. They went above and beyond for whatever need or question we had. We felt safe, as we were three ladies in a new city. Our room was clean with lots of hot water! The breakfast was great. We were in Waco for my son’s wedding and our stay at Best Western Plus was perfect. Close to the venue and the reception location. We would definitely stay at this location again. Thank you!”
