Downtown Condo on First Floor! Ideally located!

Steps from restaurants, all the best shopping, museums and tourist landmarks. Truly a prime downtown location. King bedroom. Pullout sofa. Updated kitchen with television! Original beautiful historic hardwood floors. Parking is on the street. This unit is in a secure building with coded entry, right behind the SCAD library.

Public Parking:
Metered street spots are best handled by downloading the ParkSavannah App to pay for any numbered space through an app on your phone or parking in the nearby State St parking garage if there is availability.

I was very disappointed bldg was very old and if you are handicapped there were no grab bars in the bathroom no outside railings on the steps there was work being done on the outside no on the street parking unless you pay parking garage nearby pay there too poor heating system pictures very deceiving

Fantastic Location
Could not have been any more pleased with our stay. We were celebrating my wife's birthday and everything was perfect. I cannot say enough about what a great location this is. It was very easy to walk everywhere we wanted to go.

A Very Cozy Place
This prooerty was in a very good location. It was close to a free DOT bus stop, and within walking distance of many restaurants and shops. Inside, the apartment was fully equipped with necessities andand was extremely comfortable. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Overall
Overall a nice condo. Getting into the building with the keyless entry wasn’t great, the buttons would stick at times so you have to keep pushing it and then try again. Bed was really hard, and one of the pillows was so hard it was like sleeping on a brick. Location is great, just a couple of blocks from Bay Street.

Home away from home
The place was amazing. Very comfortable and accommodating. Our first time visiting Savanah was amazing and couldn’t have stayed at a better place. Great location and easy to access. Parking was not at all the nightmare I anticipated. Hopefully this place will be available when we visit Savannah again! Thank you for making our stay pleasant.

Modern accessible 1st floor condo
Arrival was easy and we found street parking right in front. The instructions were easy to follow and we gained access right away. The unit was clean and the manual/binder was full of information. The kitchen and bathroom were full of conveniences: little snacks and plenty of keurig k-cups, shampoo and conditioner and hairdryer in the bathroom. My mother and I were very comfortable and it felt like home for a few days.

Property unacceptable.
The unit was clean and acceptable. The building itself was not clean at all and not acceptable in the least. We left a day early because it was so unclean. The building entranceway and hallways smelled very bad. Needs a major overhaul. The communication with the manager was very efficient and professional. We will not be interested in this property in the future. We will probably stay in hotels in the future. It was very noisy with pounding most of the day. Not a positive experience.

All was very nice. We enjoyed our time. Front door needs work. Also didn’t understand how to do parking but finally got help. Good trip really.we were near places we needed to be. Tour bus was great experience. Thanks!

Perfect location
Stayed with husband for first time in Savannah over Mother’s Day for 5 nights. Can’t say enough about the perfect walkable location to everything. We rented a car, paid for on street parking and hardly moved the car. I wouldn’t recommend renting a car. There is no need if you’re staying here. The trolley on/off option we did one day and walked all others. The place had old historic charm and was across from the Thomas Owen’s Slave House and Mansion, which we toured. You can get tickets for all 3 museums for the week, a worthwhile experience. We enjoyed the many restaurants in Savannah and thoroughly enjoyed our time. The upstairs tenants were quite noisy a couple nights starting around midnight and kept us up. It was a mystery why they were so loud at that time. The place was stocked with shampoo and conditioner as well as a hair dryer which I always appreciate. There was also great antique decor. Nice details. One of the towels had a make up stain and should be replaced and another hand towel would’ve been nice as well as some ice cube trays to make ice. The pillows, while quality were extremely heavy and puffy for our liking so we found smaller ones in a closet for the pullout. All in all, the location and historic charm could not be beat.

216 State St. Savannah , Ga
Property was nice. Locking the door upon leaving was tricky at first. Made us uncomfortable until we talked to someone to correct it. The directions were not clear. Parking is not easy if you plan to go out. We had to park a couple a blocks away when we got back from Tybee Island. You will not get the same spot when you return. All in all very nice stay. Our first time in Savannah was very memorable and enjoyable.

Great location, noisy upstairs neighbor
We liked the apartment, but it was hard to sleep most nights with tenant above us walking back and forth on hardwood floors right over our bed. Apartment very clean- but you feel like you are boxed in- windows looks out to a wall. The place is pretty dark- which some may really like… Kitchen well stocked. We appreciated the snacks. Location amazing. Very quiet, yet close to everything.

The noise from the rooms above us was terrible. We did could not wait to get out of that place. We never got any sleep due to the floors creaking and pounding above us. It seems the guest above us were playing games every evening until at least 3;30 am. I don’t think it matters who is above you, it’s the floors. Even in our room, it was impossible to walk without creaking floors, it was just too much. If you don’t plan on sleeping while you’re there, you would like the place.

Wonderful
The place is centrally located. We were within walking distance of so many attractions . Restaurants, riverfront, shops and squares . Clean and comfortable. The bed was also very comfortable .The kitchen was well equipped with utensils and new appliances. We would love to stay again!

Great location
The location was perfect. Suggestions for improvement would be a grab bar and nonskid strips in the tub. Also a nightlight for the bathroom. The icemaker and water dispenser are not working in the kitchen
