“We visited 5th September for a long weekend. The house is very nice with amazing sea views. Well equipped with all the usual things you would expect in a rental house. Had a problem with parking as the scratch cards were not in the property as suggested in the guide and it was too late to do anything about it the night we checked in, however after a couple of calls in the morning we were sorted. “We really enjoyed our stay, the house is excellent, everything you need, great location, we hardly needed the car as walked (fair trek to south bay etc) to most places, especially as the cinder path is very close to the property. We were very comfortable and our cat, Ned loved it especially the dining area patio window that caught the sun throughout the day! Thank you. ”

“First time weve stayed here and would certainly recommend. Grove Cottage is a lovely place and has plenty of space and a lovely enclosed garden. The host leaves little touches like bottle of prosecco, butter, milk and bread. The location is great for accessing Filey, Bridlington and Scarborough. Well worth a stay.”
