What others have stated is true: If you want to experience Lake Como from an actual neighborhood, look no further. But the most wonderful thing about this property is the host, Giulia. She is a fabulous communicator with a warm and generous heart. We had an emergency situation during our stay and Giulia went above and beyond to make sure everything was ok. “To celebrate a momentous BDay year, we treated ourselves to a Destination Vacation. From coordination of transportation to helping us with some logistics, we coukd not have asked for a better experience. Oh, and the views, breathtaking. “The house was clean and location is good. Would have been 5 stars except none of the air conditioning units worked, which made for a very hot weekend in the 30+ degree weather (85+ Fahrenheit). The description lists air conditioning in three different places”

“Contact with host Julia is fast and convenient. Good instructions and tips. The house itself was not very spacey, but just good enough for 3 persons. Bedroom on the lowest level was good. The sleeping couch is in the living, it was a bit warm there. Shower is good. Kitchen is small. The garden, bbq unit and the swimming pool are at the highest levels. This gives a unique view on the lake. Very nice to be there. At night you can put on the lights. ”

Le seul inconvénient est la présence de moustique. Cela doit être lié à la grande proximité du lac et le mois d'août. Nous recommandons.”

“Es hätte in der Beschreibung stehen sollen das man das Ferienhaus mit dem Auto nicht erreichen kann und das es doch einige Treppen gibt, größtenteils ohne Handläufe. Das war speziell für mich da ich nicht gut zu Fuß bin nicht lustig. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr schön eingerichtet und Charm. Im Bad müsste mal im Duschbereich was unternommen werden. Wenn man von von bemängelten Sachen absieht war es noch ein Schöner Aufenthalt”

“Sehr schön gelegenes Haus in lebendigem, sympathischen Ort. Das Haus ist geräumig und gut aufgeteilt. Wir hatten beide Wohnungen für zwei Familien gemietet. Gemütlichkeit ist nicht die Stärke des Hauses, bequeme Sitzgelegenheiten (Sofa, Sessel, Liegestühle...) für alle Gäste gemeinsam gibt es weder drinnen noch draußen. Draußen gäbe es auf dem Grundstück leider auch keinen schönen Ort, wo man sie aufstellen könnte. Die Küchenausstattung ist äußerst dürftig, teils in schlechtem Zustand (blechiges...
