“We stayed at Jim's place for a multi-day visit to the Mayo Clinic which was about 10 minutes away. The place was small but clean and the furniture was in good shape. It is in an apartment complex so can be a bit noisy at times but the noise quieted after 10pm. The complex is very family-oriented. “The check-in was a little rocky. I was not sent an email so I waited a little bit outside the house before I had a code to get in. Other than a couple scratches and paint chips here and there the place was solid. I did find a pair of women's underwear in the dresser drawer that I threw away but other than that it was a very serviceable rental for the weekend. Never did I feel unsafe and the location is great. “The door code did not work--tried to contact someone but nobody ever responded. Finally got in after 30 minutes. The lock on the door then quit working at all so we had to leave unlocked every time we went out. There was no internet as advertised, which we needed for work. The property was fairly clean and neat. The neighborhood was good-not great-and very noisy between road traffic and neighbors.”

“Worked well for my visit. Worked well for our needs, worked during week and had place for family to enjoy during that time. Courts for tennis and pickleball are reserved and we couldn't get on to play because people agreements with the facility were using it for lessons or group play so make sure to check in advance.
