“My wife and I enjoyed our stay here! The room is basic but equipped with all the essentials (private entrance, private bathroom, kitchen sink, and fridge). It’s perfect for use as a home base while spending your days out and about. It is very close to a bus stop, about a 4 min walk, which gives easy connection to the rest of the city. The family is very quiet and we were not disturbed at all during our stay. ”

“Kath was proactive with suggestions for our visit and very responsive to questions. Check in was without issue and apartment afforded plenty of room for our family of 4. We were comfortably warm for some chilly nights and had plenty of natural lite during the day. Location was a simple and tranquil walk to St Andrews. We enjoyed the time thoroughly. ”

Location is ideal for exploring northern and central Skye and the views over the loch are stunning & give lots of opportunities to watch the seals (sadly the otters weren’t playing when we were there) The property owner left great information about the house and the area both before our trip and at the house. “We truly enjoyed our stay in Martyn’s adorable house. The house had plenty of room for our family of five, all the comforts of home and central location to all. The designated parking spot was a bonus as we did have a rental car and parking in the village center can be a bit challenging. Can’t wait to go back!”

“The location and accommodations cannot be beat. Located on the 18th hole of East Berwick, just a 3 minute walk to the first tee and about a 5 minute walk to town. The house was well equipped and very clean. The bedrooms had plenty of space. Would recommend for a larger group on holiday or a group of 4-6 golfers. ”
