“The staff was not very friendly to the clients but seem to be more interested in the relationship with each other. The hotel was not very clean. The breakfast area was dirty, coffee container was often empty, and the new machines didn’t operate correctly. There was no coffee or tea in the room. There was no microwave in the room. “First room I was given wasn’t super clean and there were multiple lights that didn’t work. Called the staff & they sent maintenance out to see if the light bulbs needed to be replaced. Ultimately they had to give me a new room on day 1. Wasn’t a terrible stay but there is no breakfast & it’s a small place.”

“We have spent our anniversary at Suntower for the past 3 years and love it. Our suite this time could use a bit of renovation TLC, but was clean and quiet. Great view of the ocean. Check in staff was friendly and welcoming. Parking is conveniently available but is costly. You can find metered street parking nearby. Hotel’s Sandbar Restaurant is right on the beach and offers a varied menu. Food is good and reasonably priced. Service is excellent! We’ll be back next year!”
