“Camera rumorosa situata nel retro attaccata all’ autostrada ,Wi-Fi assolutamente mal funzionante in camera, polvere, camere vecchie da modernizzare, personale alla reception senza un’ombra di cordialità e di customer service. Mi chiedo come questa struttura possa avere ricevuto recensioni così alte. Pagato per 2 notti, andata via dopo la prima. ”

“Highly recommend. Shuttle service to and from airport and cruise terminal was hassle free and timely. The breakfast was good, automatic pancake maker was cool all of which was complimentary but I must say the ease of having an extended amount of drinks, snacks AND FROZEN ICE CREAM for an additional charge was convenient. The room was clean as expected. The staff was a true pleasure to interact with. We will be returning. Kudos to the your staff!”

“Struttura bellissima, colazione abbondante e ottima, puizia super ok. peccato la porta del bagno non chiudesse e la vasca fosse rovinata. Nel complesso una super struttura dove tornerò sicuramente. Personale splendido. Le ragazze alla reception fantastiche e sorridenti.”

“My stay was nice 3 people my sister and nephew oceanfront room. Problem was next door was being painted and we smelled the paint in our room. There was no sheets or pillows for the pull out couch bed. We had to call for them. Remote in living room was not working. They replaced it. And the railing for the pool to hold on to was broken and loose. We told staff and they tried to fix it. I heard they got a new ownership. 2 years ago it was great. Had a good time no complaints.”

“Overall our stay was great! We had a room with a balcony and a beach view! The staff were very helpful and our room was very clean and well stocked! Thanks for a great experience!”

“Location was very good, near the airport and only 7 min by car to the beach. Breakfast was simple and good and all the staff we encountered was kind. The room was clean and modern and the cherry on top was the free parking. A few things we didn’t like: the pool water was misty and they charged us 2 dollar for each peace of luggage we left the reception after the check out (no other hotel in our trip did it).”

“Honestly I loved staying here. The family felt Secure with the parking garage gate. When it comes to the pool everyone loved how clean it was and staff was informative while they were cleaning it one of the days we were there which was awesome to see! The whole family loved the continental breakfast and the staff helped my kids several times when they were making pancakes! All in all highly recommend!”
