COTTAGE MARE - 2B / 1. 5 Ba - Adorable Beach Cottage (a soli 15 secondi a piedi dall'accesso alla spiaggia)

Semplicemente adorabile casa sulla spiaggia per famiglie, a solo un isolato dall'accesso alla spiaggia. Ristrutturato con cura e caratterizzato da un tema da spiaggia, con stile e colori costieri. Il soggiorno comprende due divani, uno dei quali è un divano letto matrimoniale, una TV a schermo piatto e un servizio TV via cavo.  Da lì, la porta scorrevole in vetro si apre sul ponte posteriore con un incantevole cortile. Ti godrai la buca per il fuoco (a volte off limits durante la stagione degli incendi) e i mobili da giardino in un tranquillo spazio appartato.  C'è anche un barbecue disponibile nel garage.
La camera da letto principale offre un comodo letto king size e una TV a schermo piatto.  Adiacente alla camera da letto principale, troverete un bagno completo con doccia, lavatrice e asciugatrice. La sala da pranzo e la cucina sono state completamente ristrutturate e presentano un'atmosfera leggera e ariosa. Fuori dalla cucina troverai un grazioso mezzo bagno e appena oltre c'è la seconda camera da letto con un letto Queen Murphy.  Sono disponibili due parcheggi; uno nel garage e uno nel vialetto. Godere!

The house is adorable and the beach access is 1/2 block up the street. The backyard was pleasant to look out at and our boys were able to play out there where we could see them. The backyard is not fully fenced. Unfortunately it rained during most of our stay and it would have been nice if the DVD players worked. The property manager came right over to help, but wasn't able to fix it. (She was very nice.) There was a bottle cap in the bedroom but the rest of the house was clean. I would recommend a higher toilet in the bathroom with the shower.

Perfect setting for a romantic get away

This is a lovely cottage. We celebrated our 38th wedding anniversary. The storms kept us from the beach but it is so close. The storm also knocked out the T.V. connections so we talked to each other!!! Only issue for us was that the bed was TOO soft. Otherwise a great place to stay.

Perfect get away

Decent for the price and location

Love the location and overall layout but the WiFi is definitely out dated and barely reaches the living room, rat holes on the side of house and they dragged a bag with a couple snacks under the house. Will still recommend to people

We had a Great Stay

This cottage is in the perfect location for a visit to Seaside and just minutes from the beach. It is located just to the end of the walkway on Seaside so perfect for strolling to go out for dinner or to take the kids to the arcade or aquarium. The Seahorse cottage was very clean and well-equipped. It's as excellent for a young family and we only wished that we could have stayed longer. I would definitely recommend this place and book it again.

Clean, cozy, comfy… and surprisingly close to the beach!

This place is a gem. We just got back from the second weekend of the last four that we stayed at Seahorse. Easy 5 stars on both occasions! The posting for the cottage doesn’t even do the location justice, and “cottage” doesn’t even do the property justice. We were blown away to find ourselves in a newly renovated, nearly house-sized cottage just one block from the beach. Broadway is an easy 5 minute drive or probably not much longer of a bike ride. The bed is *insanely* comfortable, and I’m a bed snob with a Purple mattress at home. We could easily hear the surf from our rooms. There is a nice, well maintained, mostly private backyard with a fire pit and chairs to sit by it. The price was extremely reasonable given the amenities. We just got back home today and are already thinking about when we’ll be able to return. Give it a shot! You will not be disappointed!!!

Beautiful home minutes from the beach

This home is very comfortable and clean. It has all the appliances needed to relax away from home. 6 people can fit but it's perfect for 4. We would have preferred firmer mattresses (The three are extremely soft). Location is great: Nice street, away from crowds. We loved walking to the nearby beach.
