Quando è il momento di fuggire nella Northern Oregon Coast per la tua prossima vacanza in famiglia, la Seashell Beach House è il luogo ideale per creare una base di partenza! Questa casa si trova proprio accanto al Cartwright Park, a meno di un miglio a sud del centro di Seaside. La spiaggia e il lungomare (un sentiero lastricato che si estende per un miglio e mezzo lungo l'Oceano Pacifico) sono solo tre isolati a ovest, e il campo da golf sul mare attende un isolato a sud. Broadway Street, con la sua ampia varietà di negozi, ristoranti e opzioni di intrattenimento, è anche a meno di un miglio a nord.

Very Quiet Neighborhood Near Park

My family and I stayed here and had a good time. Parking was easy and it’s a quick drive into town to do things. The park across the street was enjoyable and the communication was great. Unfortunately the guests ahead of us must have caused some damage because we were informed just before our trip that the pull out bed was damaged and the layout had changed when we arrived. Not the hosts fault at all and they did let us know.

Decent beach access. Nice accommodations - kitchen decently stocked with dishes, pots and pans, etc. Nice seating in the living room.

Great Weekend Stay

Our family enjoyed this house overall. We loved that the beach was a 3-4 block walk and a short drive to starbucks and Broadway street. Cartwright park is right across the street. My kids loved the playground. A great place to ride bikes & get their wiggles out.

Family getaway

This house was so cute and clean, and in a great location! It is dog friendly but does not necessarily have a hard, but it’s right across the street from a big grassy park! The wifi did not work for us, it seemed like the 2 passwords given were wrong, but it did not bother us much! Definitely will be staying here again.

Cozy and comfortable

Stayed while 2 kids in our family were playing in basketball tournament. Was comfortable for our family of 6. A few small items that could have been cleaned better or replaced (worn/stained items), but overall had everything we needed. TV doesn't have the cable option available as listed on the directions but we logged into Netflix just fine and could have used the Firestick if we wanted as well. Guest services and individual employee were so kind to text and ask about our cleaning concerns including offering to come by and do some extra cleaning.

Great stay

We had an excellent stay during the two week Christmas holiday. We experienced the unpredictable Oregon winter weather and had some amazing family game nights. Upon arrival we went to the store to pick up Christmas decorations so the house would be festive during our stay (and gifted them to the house for the next holiday season.) Had ongoing WiFi issues with the internet constantly going out (not weather related just constantly kept going out) which made working remotely or streaming tv very difficult. It was a great setup for our family and we had a great time

Very nice property in a lovely a quiet spot.

We had a wonderful time in Seaside. The house was just as advertised and the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Wouldn't hesitate to visit again!

Great place for a small family

We really liked this place. It's just a few short blocks walk to the beach, and the park across the street was perfect for the 6 year old and the dog. Ping pong table was a bonus!

Cozy home

Very cozy home. Five or six blocks from the beach and across the street from the park. Overall the home was comfortable. It could use a little TLC. The kitchen leaves a lot to be desired with older appliances and a trickle of hot water coming from the faucet. Overall cleanliness was fine. Although it could definitely use a deep clean of the sofas and someone to get under the beds.

Great for our small family and dog

Great location with the park across the street and the beach a 3 block walk. Long walk or short drive to downtown. The beds were comfy. We had 3 people so did not try the sofa bed or rollaway. Kitchen appeared reasonably well stocked but we just used the basics. Had plenty of towels, pillows, and blankets. We enjoyed our stay and would rent again.

Beach house

The house itself was cute but it needs to be clean better. Location is ok. We were unlucky because we stayed for a night and TV wasn’t working. Of course the fixing was going to be done the next day. It says it is per friendly and normally when a description says that you might find pets related things but not here.

Loved it

This house and location were perfect for our family. My 3 year old ran through the house on arrival saying “it’s so fancy!” Yet we felt very comfortable and appreciated all the kid friendly touches, especially the step stool in the bathroom. The pet area out back and having a garage were exactly what we needed to store our sandy gear and wet (happy) pup. The beds were comfortable, which is a lot coming from me- a terrible sleeper and pregnant! I would recommend this house to any small family.
