Hotel a Sellersville

“We had a great stay at the hotel. We have been theater members from when it opened until we moved out of the area two years ago. So nice to have a place to stay while back visiting. We ate at the restaurant at a bar booth- usually our favorite but while the food was good they seemed very rushed and short staffed with soup coming out cold and drinks delayed.”

“The bathroom needs to be updated not the nicest looking bathroom a lot of rust and mildew.. the staff were great very nice and accommodating to everyone..the breakfast wasn’t bad wish they had a ice machine all the ice machines were down and no water included in the breakfast.. outdoor pool was dirty the water was very cloudy a lot of things floating in it we stood for 3 days and used the pool once because it was dirty.”

“Room was clean! Only one elevator for entire building! The other was out of service. Lounge/bar area was clean! The pool was open but, we did not get in because the water was cloudy! The reason we booked was for the pool. So that was a disappointment! This is the second Hilton we stayed at in the area and I feel like these buildings are out dated and need some renovation! Staff that we encountered were nice and rooms although out dated were clean!”

“From 7/4-7/6 the pool WAS not available. And that’s because they allowed locals to have their 4th of July family cookouts there from 1pm til they closed the pools at 10pm. I mean so many people that you couldn’t even enjoy the pool because of all the kids & family members that was invited. When us guest paying close to $200 a night & not able to take a dip comfortably because so many people who weren’t even paid guest on the property. I was able to spend less than an hour on the 5th around 1pm...

“Staff at front desk were helpful and friendly. Most of the cleaning staff were not friendly at all. They took over the elevator and didn’t allow us to use it. They were on their phones or busy eating food. The breakfast area was clean and well stocked. It was great to see that they had non pork items to choose from. Coffee maker was broken but staff did work hard to get it fixed for use. Rooms were very clean. Not enough towels for the amount of guest in the room but they were willing to give...

“The room was clean, staff were helpful and polite, enjoyed breakfast. However, I had requested an accessible room and it was not available upon check-in day. Fortunately staff provided one on the second day of my stay. Overall, my stay was pleasant. PS: It would be nice if hotel provided a shuttle to Wind Creek Casino Hotel.”

“When we got there the elevator was out of service which we were not told about until after we checked in. With 5 prosthetics in my body that was not good. I had also called two weeks in advance asking for a bottom floor room also close to an exit for our dog. The woman who checked us in was also the same woman I had spoken too weeks before (3/times) put us on the 2nd floor opposite side of the building of the doggy area. “Impossible to sleep due to deafening street noise I had a terrible stay here and got almost zero sleep. To be fair, the hotel room itself and the staff are not the problem—they were perfectly fine. The issue is entirely the hotel's location and a severe lack of soundproofing. Motorists were zooming past the hotel the entire night.
