“This hotel is fantastic! Historic and charming. Staff were amazing. Rooms are cozy and clean.”

“It’s close to the highway so if you are a light sleeper you will hear trucks at night but that’s the only negative I can think of. Everything else was great.”

“Dirty room. Very musty. Free breakfest is only for 2 when I had 4 I was told it was $10 each over the 2. Misleading prior to booking. No pool kids disappointed. Not to the same standards as other holiday inn expresses I've stayed at many”

“Clean room, friendly staff… unforeseen accident by the entry foyer… had to enter & exit thru the Ballroom area for 2 days… during checked out, we were promised, due to the inconvenience, either a free lunch at the Lambertville Station Restaurant or a future 1-day free stay… we opted for the free stay. Staff took down my email & phone number… so waiting for that call or email from them to make good with that promise. Let’s wait & see 🙏”

“Clean”

“The front desk staff was very nice and offered me a first floor room because of my young children. The room itself was questionably clean. It appeared clean but the bathroom floor was not and there was a pile of hopefully unused adult diapers behind a sitting chair in the room. I relayed the information upon checkout and she said she would report it to the manager. I asked for a receipt and she said they would email it to me but I never got one. Staff was nice, cleanliness was not super great....

“Older property, kept as clean as possible. First floor ice machine not working, and the second floor needed repair's. The continental breakfast selection was so sparse, we went to the diner around the corner. Available: 2 Cereals, packaged blueberry muffins, plain bagels and apples. Yeah, coffee and tea but no juices.”

“I booked this hotel thinking it was for the current and next day. Turns out I mistakenly booked for those same weekdays the following week. I went through the request process to change my dates and they refused. They charged me despite the fact that I made an honest mistake and wanted to update my reservation the same day it was made.
