“I was very impressed by the service and quality of my experience at this hotel. I travel 120 days a year. First time here, lots of charm and character. Very well attended by staff.”

“When we arrived there was trash left in our room, I guess the person who cleaned it left it behind. I called the front desk and they changed our run immediately. The new room had a broken desk, which is a problem because there wasn’t enough table top space to put things. The hotel was generally clean. The patio was rained on so the outdoor games hadn’t been wiped down. We got napkins and wiped them ourselves. The staff were accommodating and nice enough. Bar was fine, they gave us two drinks...

“The breakfast this morning was much more than a simple continental and it started us on a good foot for today. The room was clean and the fridge was excellent, so good that our beers wanted to stay to our chagrin. I hope the staff enjoy them! I highly recommend this property especially for the value for a quick stopover”

“Our stay was pleasant. It was rainy and cold on Memorial Day weekend when we stayed but when we entered the building we only felt warmth. We were booked in a suite which was very comfortable with a couch and chair so we could enjoy the room and fireplace. Continental breakfast was included and delivered to our room every morning. The coffee was excellent and the pastries were fresh and delicious”

“We had a two queen room that was quite large. The room had nice beds and high ceilings, but no fridge or microwave. I know there was one in the lobby, but would have been nice to have one in the room.”

“I called specifically to book a certain room and my reservation room was moved without any confirmation. I have allergies and I like to cook food for myself when I’m away - but the room I was given did not have a kitchen even though I called specifically to book that type of room. When I alerted the front desk about this, they said it was “ someone new” who moved me and there was nothing they could do. I could hear the entire phone call of them talking about me and it was super uncomfortable...

“I recently completed my second stay at your hotel, and it was once again a pleasure. The bed was top-notch, and the room was very spacious. Having a small kitchen made it feel like a small apartment; while there is no continental breakfast, the kitchen equipment made it easy to prepare my own meals. During this visit, I also appreciated being able to use the pool and the free laundry facilities. Additionally, there was plenty of parking available. “Excellent value and location to get anywhere in the Lehigh Valley, with clean rooms and lobby. The property is very safe. The building is older but again clean. Depending on who is at the check-in desk the reception and pleasantness range from fair to very good.”
