“First time here. Loved the walkability. Room was very clean & comfy. Front desk staff & room service staff were very polite & helpful. Pros- great water pressure, soap dish (you’d be surprised how many hotels don’t provide, making a mess at the sink, so thanks!) Cons- no mini fridge in room (I need cold water), pillows are way too soft for me. Would definitely return.”

“Very clean and large room. Our room was in a separate building from the main building, but the location was excellent. We would stay there again. The only negative, I'm a tea drinker in the morning, there was a Kureg with plenty of coffee but no tea. The phone in the room didn't work, according to the welcome book, if any issues just call the front desk on the in room phone. “I stayed at this hotel after booking through Expedia and had a terrible experience. They tried to charge me $250 for a chair that was supposedly damaged, even though it was already broken when I arrived. Instead of handling the situation professionally, they immediately blamed me and attempted to force an unfair charge. On top of that, the hotel claimed there was a “7-day stay policy” through Expedia, which is completely false and was never disclosed during booking. It felt dishonest and...

“This was hands down the best experience! First the second we walked in we were greeted with a huge smile. The front desk lady was so kind and helpful. The room was just as amazing. Pretty small but everything you needed was in there. Check in and out was so easy and fast. Will definitely be going back.”
