“1. Upon arrival, valet service was unavailable. When I called reception for guidance, I was directed to park in a random parking garage nearby. As a guest unfamiliar with the area, I had to walk alone for approximately 10 minutes at night carrying my belongings, which felt unsafe and completely unacceptable for a hotel of this standard. 2. “The location was great, the room was large. The room was very hot and the windows did not open. Maintenance came and said sometimes guests turn the fireplace on which overheats the room. They were had to turn on the ac which had not been turned on for the season. There is a utility closet in the room, which is very loud and ran all night ( sounded like sneakers in a dryer). The sheets and the rug were stained”

“Room was dirty, door handle and lock were broken. Bed linens visibly dirty. Bathroom shower drain was broken pink slime in the shower. Toilet was disgusting not cleaned properly. One of the queen beds sheets were not changed there was still hair from previous guest so was not able to use that bad. I also was not able to take a shower because the bathroom was disgusting. I was physically injured from the bed rails sticking out of the bed frame. Would not recommend staying here. Management was...

“All around clean and safe place”

“This is a lovely, welcoming hotel with a great location. There is a fantastic Italian restaurant on the bottom floor. Admittedly, there is an issue with parking. If you arrive early, you can score one of the 7 spaces. There is a pay lot beside the hotel and another that accepts donations for parking just down the street. The staff work hard to help you locate parking. When I checked in they gave me a paper with all of my parking options. I had read reviews, arrived early, ate at the on site...

“We had a two queen room that was quite large. The room had nice beds and high ceilings, but no fridge or microwave. I know there was one in the lobby, but would have been nice to have one in the room.”
