“We had a very weird situation. We checked in on Friday. I should’ve known something was wrong when I tried to sign into the Internet and it did not recognize my room number nor my name. but I discounted it as a glitch. “Room was fairly clean. Bed was clean & comfortable. The AC unit was a bit loud (according to my fiancé) but at least it worked! Bathroom was clean, single sink, roomy shower. Breakfast looked great, but we opted for Dunkin that is walkable from the hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful. There was a 90th bday party and a wedding during our stay so pretty busy but they got everything settled. Overall 9/10 would stay again.”

“When we got there the elevator was out of service which we were not told about until after we checked in. With 5 prosthetics in my body that was not good. I had also called two weeks in advance asking for a bottom floor room also close to an exit for our dog. “A few stains on the carpets in hallways & room but otherwise very clean”

“When I first checked into first room the A/C was very loud. The front deck person was very nice and switch my room with a quieter A/C but not that quieter. I lived with it. The maid service was terrible. Not knowing that this property only services your room every other day I didn’t have any cleaning service for three days. I had to walk down to the front deck at 4pm and tell them my room was not done yet and they assured me it was on their list of rooms to be done. I did notice the maid service...

“The indoor pool was absolutely filthy. There was a coating on top and there was mold on the floor. There were bugs on the window shades. Guests were smoking and vaping”

“This is a decent motel, with a very good restaurant and a great location centrally located near the airport, Allentown and access to Rt. 22. Most front desk staff, over my multiple stays in 2026, exude a "couldn't care less to have you as a guest" attitude at check in. Try to stay in the main section of the motel for more of the nicer room and hallways… the far side of the building is in need of aesthetic improvements. “Clean not good,A/C not good room temperature terrible”

“The coffee /tea bar was great. Breakfast was exceptionally good with hot and cold choices such as a yogurt machine with six crock jars of toppings or the Waffle machine. Hot scrambled eggs, potatoes and sausages, all kinds of muffins, breads or danish and four kinds of juices. The pool was empty despite 90 degree day.”
